I had trouble with my bank when trying to order my daughter's Christmas gift. The folks at Zappo's helped me get it straightened out then made me a VIP customer. Got the the gift the next day in plenty of time for Christmas. You guys are the best.

I always thought these boots weren't very attractive, but wanted to give them a try since I see many people with them. I am now an UGG fan! I love the comfort and warmth that they provide. I purchased them in gray and they go with everything. I can't wait to get another style! I usually wear a 7 1/2 in shoes, but they do run large so the 7 fits perfectly with room for thick socks. Enjoy!

The boots are great they are Uggs what else can I say, but the best part of this deal is Zappos themselves. The customer service people are fantastic, the delivery is fast and free and returns are easy. I love this company and from now on it will always be the place I look first. Really I am truly amazed at how they handled a tricky return by making it quick simple what more could you ask for.

These boots rock! I was wary of not wearing socks with them, but your feet breathe so easily and stay so warm and cozy. I love it. But definitely order a size down, as they will stretch with wear. I am a size 7 in most shoes (and 8 in most sandals because of my long toes) and I got a size 6 in these and they are so perfect. I would definitely recommend buying these boots!

The customer service at Zappos is the best I've ever received. I had a problem with my daughter's Ugg's classic tall boots and they helped without questions. Also, believe what Ugg's say about sizes. Go one smaller than you wear! I will be returning to Zappos without question. The best company to deal with ever! They truly make you feel so special and like you are their only customer!

The first pair we received the stitching along the back from heel to top of boot was unraveling. We returned and our new pair is fine. Zappos was amazing with returns and customer service.

Uggs are awesome! They are warm and you feel like you are walking on a cloud the first week you wear them. The problem with this color is they do show dirt more than, say, chocolate color Uggs would, so be careful with them!

You can not beat Zappos customer service. Boots are exactly what was expected -- great quality, great condition. My daughter originally wanted navy and then after Christmas decided she wanted black. There were no black talls to be found anywhere but Zappos worked with me to find her a pair. They shipped the black pair to me before they even received the navy pair back! They did not even charge me for the new pair! How many of us have had to pay for the new product and then wait 6 weeks to get the credit for the returned pair? Well not here -- they sent them right out for me and sent me the return label for the navy. You can not beat their customer service! Oh, and the boots are great too!

The most comfortable boots or shoes I have ever worn. So easy to wear with casual clothing.

Got these for my sister for Christmas, and she LOVED them. The fur is so soft! I ordered a half size down and they fit her perfect! They are also incredibly warm!

This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them. They are so comfortable and warm. I wore them on my recent trip to Seoul, where it has been very cold and they were prefect.

The owner of the retail store several of us work at wanted the classic black Uggs, but could not afford them, so we purchased them for her. I do not live where they sell Uggs, so I went online. I am not an online shopper, but found Zappos and like their website. What a great experience! I received the boots in perfect time. The receiver of the boots loves them and said they were so comfortable! The return policy is unheard of, and I am very impressed with Zappos! I will use them again in the future!

I didn't like these shoes when they first came out because I thought they were ugly. Looks aside, these shoes are heaven! They feel amazing and keep my feet warm. I bought my actual shoe size and they are a little big but not problematic so I'm keeping them!

I love my Uggs! I normally wear a size 8 1/2, but I always get an 8 in Uggs. They are so comfortable!

Wearing these boots is like wearing little heating pads on your feet. They are so soft and warm. I wear them constantly - even right out of bed in the morning instead of slippers. I also have these in black. Uggs are worth every penny. They do run large.

Love Love these boots. Super comfy. I had bought myself the Classic Short and loved them as well. I usually take a size 10, but I had to order two sizes down. The 8 felt most comfortable. Thanks Zappos for great service as always.

These are the most comfortable of any footwear that I have. I can wear them all day without any discomfort. I love the color & the lining is incredible. Watch the sizing, though. They run very large. I wear an 8 1/2 narrow: these fit me in a 7 medium.

Love them! This is my second pair of Uggs and I have been very happy with them. I had the short Uggs originally and they lasted about 2 years and finally started looking warn out. This time I went with the tall for more diversity in wearing them and I haven't been let down! Oh and Zappos rocks! Great customer service, fast shipping and items always delivered as promised!

Perfect! Finally replaced my 7 year old Essential Talls (which I wish they still made!). In tennis shoes, I wear a 10, Uggs always a 9. So order a size or 1/2 size smaller than usual.

This purchase was my first from Zappos and I had a great experience. I love my boots! I wear them all the time of the time, they are so comfortable, and they look good with just about everything. I think everyone should have a pair.

These are nice warm boots. You don't need to wear socks. But I would say they are more practical boots than they are pretty boots. They slip a little in snowy/mushy conditions (the soles don't grip the ground under those type of conditions), just FYI. But excellent boots - you will just need separate snow boots for slippery days. Excellent boots. Oh, and they run big - by about a half size.

Very comfortable and warm! Shipping was lightning fast! By adding my own shoe inserts I can wear these for a longer time.
