Love these boots. I bought a pair for myself first, since I work in a very cold, drafty old building. This pair was for my daughter-in-law, who has really small feet and couldn't find her size anywhere else. I have also purchased a pair for my daughter, who is a bus driver, and her boots keep her nice and warm on cold mornings.

I can't believe how comfortable and warm these are! I have the slippers and love them for around the house. These are going to be wonderful for outside on these cold winter days!

These boots are great! They are warm and comfortable and the color is perfect with jeans and just about anything. My daughter is sporty and has a wide foot and she loves these boots!

I bought this boot for my granddaughter for Christmas. She asked that I get them a size smaller, as they run large. She was ecstatic and they looked darling on her. Everything does. What can I say? She's my grand kid! They are really good and comfy (I tried them on) and I think that I'm going to get some to wear in the home. Actually, I am going to order some as well. It's an extremely cold winter with snow and ice. I'll let all of you grannies out there, who adore Zappos, how they are! I have three Golden Retrievers with whom I walk around the farm here and we play and train. I'll give you their opinions as well. Grans wear Uggs too and look hot, but not as hot as their grand kids! Ha!

Well, this is my first product review, and Zappos along with Ugg have made it possible! Here's the skinny, it was a week before Christmas, I had ordered my daughter Ugg boots from an internet site -- twice -- and gotten had by both sites! They tapped my bank account but I never got the boots! So I called Zappos, spoke to an awesome rep who guaranteed that I would receive the boots! Thank God for Zappos! I did get the boots the next day! I swear! Now, back to the boot review...they are so sturdy and yet so cozy! Ugg quality is unmatched by its competitors! We have had several Aeropostale and American Eagle boots that don't fit, wear, or even look as great as the Uggs! Do yourself the favor and splurge! You too can see what I mean!

I bought these Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. They are comfortable, well fitting and she is enjoying them. I will be purchasing future items from Zappos. Their shipping is quick even on a standard schedule. She received them well in advance of Christmas.

Wow! Was I ever impressed with the service at Zappos. Their e-mails are friendly; their delivery was fast; the Ugg boots I wanted for my granddaughter were in stock. She said her boots were her new best friend!

My feet are in heaven! This boot is flattering, warm and cozy! I ordered a size smaller per the recommendation and the fit is perfect.

These are wonderful for keeping my feet cozy and warm out in the cold of winter. I especially like the versatility: you can wear them tall or fold it over for something different. I like that these do not have arch support because I'm trying to be more low to the ground (yes, the whole barefoot movement - and strengthening your foot muscles, as opposed to letting them atrophy in shoes - is appealing to me).

I gave these as a gift, and am a very happy customer!

I've had these for about 4 years now. Still the warmest and most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I love getting to wear these every year when the weather turns cooler. I don't wear socks. Kind of defeats the purpose of the cozy interior. Never had any issues with smelly boots either. I did buy the kit that cleans them, deodorizes them, etc. Worth the money. I also made sure when they were new to spray them with the liquid in that kit. Wore them a few times in the rain and they have held up very well! Oh, and one more thing - I usually wear a 9 and I bought these in a 7! Perfect fit though.

Love these shoes. They fit perfectly and keep my feet very, very warm. Best part is being basically barefoot, no pinching, never too tight, just a great pair of boots!

I finally got the real Uggs, and they are really cute and super soft, I am hoping they stretch out more around my ankles and I had tried a larger size and it still felt tight around my ankles maybe due to my high arch? I am a size 6½ and ordered a 6, but seeing all the reviews they will stretch a little.

I love these boots! They are comfortable and warm! I tried wearing them with socks and the boots pull the socks down, so without socks they are great! I got them in a very short amount of time even when ordering over holidays. Thank you Zappos!

I always thought these were not very attractive shoes but I finally caved and bought a pair. I have basically lived in them since the day they arrived. The most comfortable shoes ever and they run about a 1/2 size big. Love them!

I bought the UGG shoes for my daughter for Christmas. They are beautiful and she loves them! The color is awesome! Shipping was really fast and they were here the next day!

I love these boots! They keep your feet warm and they are so comfortable! I normally wear a 6 or 6 1/2 but in Uggs I always wear a size 5.

I have wanted these boots for awhile and they're everything I had hoped they would be. I read that they run a half size larger so I ordered a smaller size and they fit nicely.

These boots were a Christmas present for our daughter, and they were perfect. The color, size, and style were all just right, and UGG quality is already well known. She wears them with and without socks, and they are very comfy and warm.

Everyone knows how great Uggs boots are. Zappos does an amazing job of getting them to you quickly and paying shipping charges. They also do exchanges in a snap, again paying all the shipping charges.

I placed an order for this exact boot with a discount store out of China. After waiting a month, I ordered the same boot from Zappos. I got the Zappos boot in about three days. I did finally receive the boot from China and was able to compare the two. The discount boot was poorly stitched, the lining wasn't as plush, the sole was thinner, and it just didn't fit as well. Even though both of the pairs had the UGG label, it was obvious that the quality was very poor on the one I ordered from China. I can't return them to China but decided to keep the Zappos boots because of the quality. It was hard because Zappos does have a great return policy but the boots that they sent were so much better than the others, I decided to give the others to a friend. The experience I had with Zappos has made me a believer though. I will never order another shoe anywhere else but Zappos. I love Zappos!

Got these for myself for Christmas and except for a couple of very snowy days have worn nothing else. I love them. I was a little worried ordering them a whole size smaller but they fit perfectly. I still can't believe I spent so much on a pair of boots but they are worth every penny!
