Every Christmas season I purchase at least 5 pairs of Uggs as gifts. I have never had one complaint from my kids yet. Everyone claims they are the most comfortable boots they have ever owned. I have bought them for all my grandchildren also and they love them too. As far as I'm concerned Zappos is one of the best stores I have ever dealt with and for that reason alone I will remain a loyal customer.

Yes! I bought this same pair of Uggs in chocolate about 3 years ago. I wear a size 8 and bought my regular size. They fit great at first; however, three years later, they have stretched out so much that I can't walk comfortably in them anymore. After reading other reviews I decided to try buying a whole size down so I bought the Chestnut ones in a 7. They are fabulous! They fit a little snug but not at all uncomfortable and I'm sure they'll stretch like my other ones did - only this time not so big. I love Uggs. I don't care if they're not the cutest shoes; they're warm and soft and perfect for these New England winters! I live in mine and I'm so happy to have a pair that fits! I'll donate my old ones to someone with larger feet because, even after three years, they're still in great shape. Not a rip or scuff or hole in sight! Great product! The insole is removable so you can sneak an arch support underneath it for extra comfort!

Tried to resist the Ugg trend for as long as I could, but the desire to be warm and comfortable during cold wet winters won out. When I tried them on, I was concerned that they were a bit too snug around the toes. The first time I actually wore them out was on my trip to Chicago - on a cold, rainy, windy day. I walked in these boots for hours - what a revelation. I hadn't even broken them in but I was able to walk miles in the miserable weather with a smile on my face. There's just enough arch support to keep your feet well cradled and your muscles relatively unstrained. I wear a size 7 but ordered a size 6 as the Ugg website indicates, and I'm glad I did. Initially, I hesitated over the price, but I have absolutely no regrets now! Zappos upgraded me to free next day shipping - I received these boots less than 24 hours after I placed the order. This is my first experience with Zappos, and it definitely won't be the last!

These boots are just as comfortable as they are good looking. They fit perfectly. I am just a little over 5 feet tall and the length of the boot is perfect for me. I can\'t wait for cooler weather so I can wear them.

We love the look of the Ugg Ultra Tall with the braid design on the back and the deep brown color. This boot does run large so ordered a size down and it fits perfect. Can't wait to wear!

Great boots! Get looks whenever I wear them :) only thing I wish is that they were taller. I thought they would've been up to my knee but they only come to mid calf. Super comfy and warm but your feet don\'t get too hot. Would like more colors!!!! Fit true to size.

Love this Ugg boot. It is so comfy. I had a much better fit when I reordered the boot one half size smaller than my regular shoe size. I really like the extra detailing around the toe which makes my foot look smaller, and the braid up the back is very stylish.

Rich brown color, nice sturdy boot, great fit! Love Ugg, love Zappos. I have several Ugg boots and these seem to be the closest fit to my size!

This is my second pair of UGG boots because the first lasted me 20 years! I finally had to break down and buy some new one because of the holes in the toes of my old ones. I choose the reinforced toes and the more narrow style because I wanted a sleeker boot. I even tried buying some Bronx boots, but nothing compares to an UGG boot. They are comfy and warm and so kick back. My husband liked them the best, too. He says I look cuddly.

The mylar lining in the Ugg ultra & ultimate models keep your feet warmer than other Ugg options. Pros: warmth and good traction with all-day comfort. Cons: narrow toe and heel slips. Sizing: I ordered a whole size down from what I usually wear and the boot is still a pinch big. (I ordered the smallest size.)

These boots are worth every penny! I carefully shopped around before deciding to spend so much money on a pair of boots, but decided on these in the end. I wanted a more durable sole than the classic Ugg boot and also more arch support. My feet are quick to get sore without proper support, and I can wear these boots from morning to evening with no pain. They keep my feet warm even after being in the snow playing with the kids. I do suggest waterproofing them before wearing them out though (I bought the cleaning, freshing, and waterproofing kit). I wear them barefoot as suggested too. I normally wear a size 6.5, but bought a 6. At first I thought they might be a little snug because my toes just touched the front of the boot (not painfully), but after a few wears they have stretched out enough so that I am positive I ordered the right size. And what I absolutely love is that they fit under all of my boot cut pants so I don't have to stuff the legs down in the jean. The braiding on the back does look very nice when I wear tighter fitting pants too. This is my first purchase from Zappos (and my first ever online purchase of footwear), and I highly recommend purchasing from this company. I had a mix-up with my boot treatment kit, and they were very helpful and courteous.

This was my first pair of Ugg boots, and I definitely do not regret buying them over the Classic, despite the price difference. Everything they say about your feet being super warm is so true, and I've worn these with and without socks in the middle of a Wisconsin winter and my feet were never even chilly. I like the Ultras better, due to their superior construction and their streamlined looks. The sole and sturdiness of the boots really help in inclement weather. Definitely would recommend them!

I own many different styles and colors of Ugg boots, shoes and slippers and I love all of them! This is a gorgeous and comfy boot and it is much less bulky looking than the usual Uggs. However, it has a much narrower fit along the calf, ankle, and foot than the other Ugg styles which takes a bit of getting used to. Also, I ordered these in black and the dye keeps coming off on to my feet or socks which is a nuisance. I have not had this problem with any of the other colors. I wear a size 8 and a size 8 fits me perfectly in this boot. In other styles I have had to go up or down a size.

All I can say is I LOVE this boot. I normally wear a size 7, but ordered a size 6 because of the reviews I read. A 6 fits perfect. I wanted UGGS for a while, but could not decide on which boot I wanted. I picked this one because it will go with everything. I will definitely order more UGGS in the future. If you’re looking for a great pair of UGG boots, you can’t go wrong with the UGG ULTRA TALL.

I received my UGG boots pronto, right when Zappos said they would come. The shipping info came right to my email so I knew when to expect them. I love these UGGS, they are so comfortable, and I like the design on the back. These UGGS come with the decorative seam up the back, and I love the design. I ordered the chestnut color, they go with everything! I have ordered many things from Zappos and I love their products!

I love the Uggs Ultra Tall boots. The soles are pretty much slip-resistant! They are very warm and comfortable!

After doing some research and reading the reviews, I finally bought the UGG Ultra in Chocolate. They are very warm, comfortable, and cute. I generally wear 7.5 in other shoes, but went for 7 in this style and they fit perfect. I am very satisfied with the purchase and as always Zappos rocks!

Friends recommended these boots to me on New Year’s Eve and two days later Zappos delivered my new pair to me. They are great--especially for a cold, snowy and icy Minnesota winter. I generally wear a 9.5W, but based on other reviews, ordered the 9. Great fit, easy enough to get on and off.

I wanted a pair of real UGGs after having knock-offs. It was difficult to choose a style, but I chose this pair because it goes with everything. I knew this color was risky, but we weather-proofed them and I'm hoping for the best. I LOVE this boot, it's so cute, and comfy (I don't want to take it off, even when it's time to go to bed). It's so warm, and the sole gives great support for lots of walking or standing. I chose the heavier sole because I want to be able to wear them for anything and I travel to Alaska occasionally. Everyone in my family got UGGs for Christmas, and we are all very happy!!! I wear a 6 or 6-1/2, and I ordered the 6. It fits me just right.

Love this boot. I am not a boot wearer, I'm always cold and despise winter. I fought the UGG craze forever. But now I'm a super UGG fan. These fit perfect. Since I am always cold I was hesitant to try them barefoot, but the are incredible. My feet never feel one bit cold. I love the fact you can leave them tall or roll them down to show the fur. I think they have great style but even more practicality. They are the only thing I like about winter. Lastly I can't say enough about Zappos service. Ordered at 5pm on Monday and they were on my doorstep by 6pm on Tuesday. Incredible these days. Happy. Happy. Happy.

I have worn out my 1st pair of Uggs, and bought these to replace them. I love the color and the braid up the back seam. The lug soles are great outside in the NorthEast Winter. Nothing compares to these boots, for warmth and comfort!

I LUV my boots!! This is my first pair of UGGs and I am in LUV! They are everything everyone said they would be. They do run big, I wear an 8 and ordered a 7, they fir perfectly!!! The customer service dept is outstanding!! I had ordered the wrong boots, not only was the rep nice enough to call UPS and have the wrong ones returned back to him (they were already enroute to me), he instantly ordered the pair I wanted and had that shipped out the same day. I will definitely be a Zappos shopper from now on!

Great boots and Zappos has Excellent service. I\'ve purchased a couple of times before from Zappos and service was great. This time was the first that I needed to make an exchange - it was very easy and my daughter was thrilled at how quickly she got her new boots. I will definitely purchase from Zappos again.

Love, love, love these boots! They are so comfortable, warm, cozy & stylish. Love the thick tread on bottom for deep snow & to keep from slipping. True to size. Highly recommend!
