Christmas present for our daughter. She absolutely loves them. Very warm and she can change the look by rolling down the top. The only problem - her sister keeps borrowing them!

I ordered a pair of these at work after seeing a co-worker had purchased a pair for his wife. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived(less than 24 hours). My wife seems to love them and wears them all the time.

Exactly as described. They do run big, I normally wear an 8.5 or a 9, bought the 8 and they fit great! Can't roll down the top or the tag will show, but that's ok. Extremely well-padded sole, feels like you're walking on marshmallows! Awesome boots!

After much agonizing over whether or not I wanted to spend this much money on a pair of boots, and reading dozens of customer reviews, I finally decided to purchase the Ugg Ultra Tall in Chestnut. I normally wear a size 10 but ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly (without socks). There's even a little wiggle room so that I could wear (not too thick) socks with them if I chose to. They're extremely comfortable and warm! I live in Wisconsin and our winters are very cold so I needed something warm for both indoors and out. These are perfect for just everyday running errands, etc. (I wouldn't wear them in deep snow based on years of experience with suede boots in the salt and snow). I finally see what all the fuss is about. You get what you pay for and after years of cramming my feet into poorly-made cheaper boots, I feel these are well worth the money. I would also like to add that Zappos is the best company I have ever done business with. I've ordered from them before and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I ordered these boots on a Wednesday afternoon and they got here the next day. Very impressive. I previously had to return a pair of boots that didn't fit and it was a most pleasant experience.

I love hard bottom Uggs (i.e., Ultra Tall, Ultra Short, Ultimate Tall, Ultimate Short, Ultimate Tas, Ultimate Bind, Ultimate Cuff, Nightfall, Sundance II, and Sunburst Tall)! I have each color of the Ultra Tall Uggs. I even bought my daughter a pair as well. They're so comfy and stylish! And they last way longer than the regular Uggs do. I recommend that any and everyone should buy these lovely boots! They're so worth the cost!

I love these boots! Live in Santa Fe and no sooner did they arrive than we had a foot of snow. Feet enjoyed the subzero cold, snow and ice with grip, warmth and style.

This is my third pair of Uggs. One pair is a size 8, the other 9. These are by far the most comfortable of them all since they have a better sole, etc. I wear a 8 1/2 in shoes, and was worried they would be too tight (like my other size 8) but they fit fine, and even seemed to have loosened up a bit. I've gotten lots of comments on the braiding in the back, which is a nice touch. Great boots, and as usual, great service buying them through Zappos!

I just love these boots! I have worn them every day since I got them. I have a pair of Sundance II boots that I ordered a size down and fit perfect (I wear a size 9, and ordered size 8). I purchased these in a size 8 and were on the small side. My toes were at the end of the boots. I sent them back for a size 9, and fit perfectly. I just love Zappos! I have purchased three pair of Ugg boots, and one pair of Ugg slippers. I have received each of them the very next day! I just love the service! I will be back again to purchase more!

I absolutely adore these boots! So comfortable and fuzzy! Ugg Ultra Tall boots have more traction and support than classic Uggs. A must have for any student in a cold climate.

First I want to say that Zappos is a company all companies should aspire to emulate. None better for service. These boots are great; I would say they run a little large. I got one size smaller and they fit. Nothing like Uggs.

These are perfect!!! It’s true what they say order a size down - I wear a normal 8 and the 7 in these fit awesome; if I ordered an 8 they would have been too big.

I wear a 7½ to an 8 but I got a 7 last year in the short ultimate and I cannot stand to have them on for very long. So this year I ordered the Ugg Ultra Tall in an 8 and I wear them every day. They are so comfortable and keep my feet so warm, I am thinking of getting another pair in an 8. Get the size you wear, do not go smaller, as you will regret it. I was not crazy about the white zigzag stripe down the back on this years style, but I was in a hurry to get them and I knew Zappos would get them to me fast.

Bought my first pair of Uggs and love them. Zappos is great. Ordered my boots on Friday night, and arrived on Monday. They are so comfortable. I also ordered one size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfectly.

My first pair of UGG shoes, and I am in love! I have narrow feet, so they are a little bit loose, but if I wear socks they're fine (but who wants to wear socks with UGG shoes?). My only qualm is that there's absolutely no support for ankles. Mine aren't great, so after a day of wearing them, they ache a little - on the plus side, I can actually fit a slim ankle wrap on with the boot, which helps when I'm on my feet a lot. I will definitely get more pairs!

First pair, love them! I usually wear a size 5.5 or 6 and I ordered the size 5 which fit excellent with a tiny bit of room to spare. Also I am able to tuck skinny jeans in. I never order anything online but I have been very pleased with Zappos and my new Uggs. They came within 5 days as advertised.

They were very comfortable and cushy. However they were very narrow on the foot, and I do not have wide feet.

I am sold on Uggs! Zappos was awesome too. The order arrived super fast. The boots were super comfortable, warm and stylish. Before I purchased this brand/style, I comparison shopped a few different brands in the stores. But they were no comparison to Ugg, in terms of quality. Since I live in the upper midwest, I bought the ultra tall for the extra traction. The other Ugg styles look like they could be slippery when walking on snowy/icy ground.

These Uggs are a bit too pricey for me but I don't regret spending the money. If you are a 7 1/2, I would definitely get an 8 (and I think I have a regular size feet). They are warm but if you want to wear outside for a long time make sure you wear socks!

These are my second pair of Ugg Boots. I ordered chestnut and love the braiding detail. Digging the traction on the "Ultra"...and it adds a little bit of height. Just another plug for Zappos---offered size 5 (as Uggs do run about a size BIG) which is very hard to find...and of course shipped overnight. Yee-haw...my feetsies are warm and cozy as ever. Thank you Zappos!

These boots are so warm (my feet are always cold but not in these)! Be sure to follow manufacturer instructions and buy a size smaller than normal. Also, the dye from the foot lining rubs off easily so wear socks. And you should not wear with light colored pants or leggings.

I absolutley love these boots. They provide better traction than the classic tall, but with the same comfortable feeling. Definitely order one size down from your normal size just like you would for the classic.

The most comfortable of all Ugg styles! I have had Classic Uggs and Ultimate Uggs - but the Ultra Uggs are by far the most comfortable! These are not quite as narrow as my Ultimate style - but definitely narrower than the Classics. The sole is springy and supportive. Every time I buy a pair of Uggs I'm concerned with how tight they feel - but usually within a couple of hours the shearling gives a little and the boot fits just right. I wear a 5 or 5½ in sandals and a 6 in shoes or boots, but always get size 5s in Uggs. These are narrow in the calf though - so it would be difficult to wear jeans tucked into them if worn straight up. If you roll the edge down to expose some of the fur, you could probably tuck in skinny jeans. Yes, they turn your feet black the first couple of times you wear them. No big deal.

Love Zappos! It's almost kind of weird how fast your order gets to you...every time! Love these boots. Tried on all sorts of Uggs at the mall and when I finally found these they didn't have my size. Ordered them and had them the very next day. I love them. So warm and fluffy. Really the nicest of the Ugg tall boots and the rubber sole gives you a bit more flexibility outside with snow, rain, etc. Use the Scotchgard though; kept my daughter's Ugg classic's sharp looking for three years before she outgrew them. Thanks Zappos! Buy one size down - they run big and you'll still have room for socks if you actually need them.
