Believe the Hype - I resisted for a long time and finally decided to try the Ugg phenomenon. They are everything they say they are and more. I had a snuggly and comfortable winter thanks to my Uggs. I am sold. Thanks Uggs!

I love these boots! I wasn't able to wear them right away because I had to treat them first with some protective spray. I read a few reviews before I bought anything to treat them with. I didn't know if I had to buy the Ugg treatment or if a store brand would suffice. I went with the store brand. I didn't want to mess them up with an ordinary spray because they cost so much and I wanted them to last a long time. Really get my money's worth. They fit very snug and I like that when I was wearing them I never once noticed that my first were cold, just the opposite in fact. My hands and everything else was cold, but my feet were so warm, they almost felt hot. I love these boots. And I am glad that I went one size down than what I normally wear, it really made a difference. They stretch with wear, so go a size down from normal.

Absolutely love these boots! I've wanted Uggs for years. They felt so comfy but every time I tried them on I felt like "big foot" and left the store. These are perfect! You feel like you're walking on pillows and the slightly pointed toe takes away the big foot feeling. The braided back is a pretty touch. I'm only 5'2" and was worried that Ultra Tall would be too tall for me. It's not. They come comfortably under my knee. I always wear a size 7.5 medium but a size 7 barefoot is a perfect fit. Not snug at all. You will absolutely love these boots. Putting them away will be the only thing I'll miss about winter. I love barefoot sandals and summer.

These boots are so warm and comfortable I never want to take them off. The color is a rich brown and the stitching on the back is very cool. They can be folded down as well, but you really need to have leggings or skinny jeans on for that to look right. They are a little roomy inside, but for a boot that is expected. I wouldn't say they are even a half size bigger.

I spent lots of time researching these boots and trying to justify the cost...it became a mission. I finally clicked the Buy button and I have not regretted it, especially considering our snowy and cold winter. The fit is 1/2 size small. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8 and they fit great. They are comfortable and very warm and the traction is excellent. Perfect blend of style and warmth. As always, Zappos is awesome. I love receiving my items one day after ordering.

I love the Uggs and the great service I received at Zappos. Their customer service is second to none. My feet and legs retain water do to a medical condition and my shoe and boot size can fluctuate day to day do to this medical condition. The customer service people at Zappos are so considerate. When I explained my problem they were out of stock on the next size up boot I had to buy. They told me to hold on to the boot I had to return and they would e-mail me the info as soon as the boot I needed was back in stock. Well, three days later they had the boot I wanted. They sent out the new boot and sent me a return label for the pair I had to return. No one does that today. I had my new boots overnight. The fit was perfect. The next day I returned the first pair that did not fit. There was no double billing to my credit card which can be the biggest pain. Zappos notified me the next day that they had received the returned boots, my CC once only charged once for the original purchase, I was wearing my new boots when I went to the UPS store in my neighborhood to send back the 1st pair that did not fit me and life went on with no dramas. Thank you so much Zappos for not turning this return and exchange into a big deal. I am a lifetime customer and will always consider you at Zappos before purchasing elsewhere. If you have what I want to buy you get my money before any local store does here in NYC.

This boot was so warm. I have classic short also, but in the snow day or icy raining day, the classic short was not giving too much warmth. This time, TX has -15c, this boot saved my foot! It is really warm. It is expensive but it definitely worth the money! It is made in New Zealand and the hair inside is totally different than classic short, which is made in China!

This style is even more comfy and cushy than the regular Ugg style. I love them, and am so glad I got them. They really keep my feet warm on cold days. By far, my favorite pair of Ugg boots yet!

Comfortable. Love wearing it with thin socks but you can wear without socks. Plenty of room for wide feet. My calves are big so I can't wear it fully pulled up but it still looks great folded over.

Love these boots! Soft inside, with great detailing down the back of the boot. Extra room around the calf area compared to other Ugg boots. Fit true to size.

These boots are super comfy and fit perfectly! I had also bought a pair of the Ultimate Tall Braid but returned those because they were too narrow and didn't feel as sturdy.

Love these boots, they fit perfect. I ordered a 9, and I generally wear a 9 1/2 -10 in all other shoes. I love the structure of the sole as compared to the regular Ugg sole, much better traction in the snow, slush, ice. Super cozy too!

I love these boots. Comfortable and warm. I'm not a huge Ugg fan (frankly I think the overall Ugg style is just a bit ugly and I hate that everyone has them) but I gave in this year and am so happy I did. Worth every penny. I typically wear a size 7 or 7.5 and the 6 was perfect--loosened up just a bit so if I had chosen a seven I think they would be too big now. I wear without socks. With socks they fit but rub a bit on my heel. I also just need to put in a kudos to Zappos. I bought and sent back two other pairs before settling on these. I love the free shipping, customer service (actually getting someone on the line if needed), and quick turn around time. I can't beat it!

Love these boots! Took them to Big White in Canada and my toes were toasty the entire time. I normally take 6 1/2 shoe and got the 7, perfect fit. Used YakTrax walking on the snow, not too much traction. Also versatile look with cuff up or rolled. Easily fit my skinny jeans inside and they look great with leggings. Can't wait till my next ski trip to use them again, not too much use in Hawaii!

Love my boots. Warm and cozy, extremely comfortable. The ultra has a heavier duty sole for the hash weather in Northern IL as well as a little extra cushioning for your feet. These boots do not provide any arch support to speak of, so don't be surprised. Have had mine for a month now and wear them at every opportunity. Love the versatility of wearing them folded down (makes stepping into for quick errands easy) or full length. The detail at the back gives them a finishing touch.

Love my new boots. I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2. I have gotten many compliments on these boots. They keep my feet warm and are comfortable. I love the pattern on the back. These boots have pretty good traction too.

I purchased the Ultra Tall in both black and sand color thinking that I would try on both and decide which pair looked best but I loved them so much that I kept both pair. I love Uggs and now have 5 different styles of Ugg boots, as well as shoes. The Ultra Tall are very cute and stylish but oh so comfortable! I really love Zappos - I placed my order in the afternoon and received them the next day. Keep up the great work!

Love these boots! Took them with me on a trip to New England in January and wore them the entire time I was there. They are extremely comfortable and my feet never get cold, even with single digit temperatures. My normal shoe size is a 6.5 so I ordered these boots in both a size 6 and 7. The size 6 boots fit perfectly. I would highly recommend these boots!

Love Uggs! Feet are warm and dry in New England. Remember do not wear socks with them. And they are snug at first before each of your toes makes a snuggle spot in the fleece. The sand color deepens a little with wear. I use the stain spray for protection. The tread pattern is good for the snow and ice. And as always Zappos delivery is super fast. I had my boots within 24 hours of ordering them.

Bought these as Christmas present for my wife. She loves them. Only now she wants a pair in black as well.

These boots were purchased as a gift and were well received! I could not find this particular style at any local Ugg dealer (large or small) Zappos came through with flying colors. I purchased at 9:30PM EST and received. the next day before noon (the week before Christmas) free shipping. The boots are great and Zappos is my new favorite company!
