Timeless. My 12 year old daughter has a phase where she wants converse high tops and these are perfect. They are black, we thought they'd be navy blue. Not an issue. They seem big to me, but she insists they fit just right. We ordered two pairs and returned the smaller one.

Shoe quality was fine, but customer service and support were great! When I had to exchange for a different model (not a Zappos problem) -- they were amazing!

I love these shoes. For the peice, they look absolutely fantastic. I have the natural white and they are just amazing. They fit properly, comdortable right off the bat too. No need to break them in. Definately check these out!

These are my favorite, classic shoes. They run about a quarter to half size big. I am normally an 11½, and ended up in an 11 - with room for an insole.

I had gotten away from Chucks after wearing them all the time for more than 20 years, and now that I have them again I wonder what I was thinking. I'm not going to comment on the look, because you either love it or you don't. As always, these feel like a glove, like an old buddy. Comfortable and reliable.

I've been waiting to be cool enough for these since 7th grade! Love them. Mostly very comfortable. They run slightly large. Of course, they make my feet look like boats, but I love 'em anyway. No real art support or ankle support. Just a lot of style.

I was looking for an all around shoe that I could Crossfit in. So far it seems great. I've only run in them lass than a dozen times. There seems to be very little arch support which I was skeptical about too. After an hour of wearing them they conformed to my foot so well that I don't have any issues. I'd have to say no break in period. Plus Zappos delivered so fast which we all love.

I bought these for my 17 year old. She will not stop wearing them! Cons always run a bit big so we knew to get a half size down.

So far I absolutely love these shoes! I am wearing my true size and it fits best. I originally went with the Zappos reviewing advice and tried half a size smaller, but my true size won out. They are very versatile and clean shoes.

These are absolutely wonderful. I have been wearing chucks since I was seven. I find a lot of people do not realize their natural color was this raw canvas. This was all that was sold back in the day. Some would graffiti them or paint them. Anyway after trying to look for a shoe thinking that they were just outdated I came back to the original Chuck Taylor and will not leave again. Thanks guys, you did a great job!

Ahh, for the days when you could have any style of "sneaker" so long as it was black or white, high top of low. And they are still the most comfortable sneaker I've even owned, even with my TERRIBLE feet. And they are also the best shoes for lifting (weights) I've ever owned.

Chuck Taylor's you always need to go like your size or .5 size less than what you usually wear. I'm an 8.5 in most boots and sneakers sometimes even a 9 in nikes but an 8 fits me perfectly in converses. (I'm a girl btw so I guess it translates to a size 6 for men's) Also they're super easy to wash - remove laces and just use some laundry detergent mixed with some warm water and new scrub with a scrub brush that you use for your dishes(than throw it away) and toss the shoes and laces in the washer on gentle. Let air dry and they're good to go. (This is more important for white converses but still helps) Also for black scuffs and dirt that won't come off on the white parts pour some alcohol on a paper towel and rub right off shoes.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. Got her regular size and they fit perfect. She felt the support was very good and there were no complaints after wearing them all day at school. They have a clean, stylish look. Thanks again for the very fast shipping!

Good morning; First of all, the shoes were a Birthday Gift for my Daughter. She loves the shoes; especially now we know what size she wears in a Men's Shoe. You all provided that information on the size chart for both men and women. I thank you for that; it made purchasing the shoe a lot easier.

Exactly what you expect comfortable out of the box and classic looking. A great shoe. I normally wear a 7.5 but bought a 7 based on earlier reviews. Fits perfectly.

Love these shoes! Second pair I've bought from Zappos, always fast shipping and great service. I wear them for everyday as well as cosplay, and why not? They can be dressed up or down, and for comfy and unique-yet-classic style, these simply cannot be beat! (Actually, to me they look better a bit dirty and scuffed, well-worn and well-loved Chucks are the best kind.) As far as size is concerned, I always order my actual size by number, that way I can insole or wear thick socks, depending on if the situation calls for it (cons, outdoor events with few sitting areas, etc). And for everyday stuff, I don't like most hardcore arch/shock support, I'm either barefoot or minimal as far as my feet, so these are perfect. Zappos has the best price and service I've found, for the best shoes I've ever owned. I recommend this site to anyone and everyone I know who's looking to start or feed their All Star addiction!

I love the look of these! I used to think Converse had wider toes, but they are still a bit tight for mine. They feel better now that I have a half size bigger, but by the end of the day my toes still feel a little crushed.

Runs big like all converse but doesn't stop me from owning like 10 pair. Love them. Super fast shipping. Excellent service as always!

I love these shoes! I have owned at least one pair of Chucks for the last 14 years, and this is my first time buying Hi Tops. I love them. Definitely buy half a size down. I usually wear 8½ in women's and bought an 8 and there is still room for big warm socks for fall and winter.
