I bought these for my grandson and he loves them. The first pair I bought was too big and had to be returned. Zappos is the best for getting things returned and replaced fast.

These shoes are great. Order a half size down for women. Zappos is great-very helpful with exchanging the size. Received my shoes quickly!

Really good quality. I thought I would only go a half size down from normal, but if I bought again I would buy a full size down. Not too comfy, but could easily be fixed with inserts. Love them a lot!

Predictably good! I think Zappos drops shoes out of the sky when I order from them. Honestly, I ordered Converse sneakers for my daughter and had them gift wrapped in less tha 36-hours. As for the Converse, well, she loves them, but I already knew that.

Zappos is the perfect gift to order online (I wouldn't shop any other way) because you pick the shoe/sneaker, the color, the style, and the size, and Zappos delivers them to the doorstep almost immediately. It amazed me the 1st time, when my order arrived about 36 hours later! Then, if for any reason, your grandkids want something else instead,the shoe can be returned to the company FREE.
