I bought These shoes 2 weeks ago. They are not fit for walking as they claim to be. After walking a block, It becomes painful to walk. The more distance to walk will add more discomfort in heels all the up to the knees.

DONT BUY THE SHOE WITHOUT TRYING IT ON.iT does not FIT

I hadn't owned a pair of Rockport shoes in years, so I decided to go back to the brand that I'd worn for a long time and that always delivered supreme comfort. Unfortunately, this is not the same product. It looks the same, but the outsole is hard and not cushioned. The upper looks like leather, but feels like vinyl. The interior footbed delivers no comfort whatsoever. I note that these shoes were made in India, which is not a hotbed of quality cow leather footwear production. All in all, I'm extremely disappointed and I should know of what I speak as I was once the CEO of the Rockport Company.

Been wearing Rockport for decades. I've been an unpaid spokesman. This pair were hard as a rock, interior and exterior. In addition, a hole at the seam near the heel. They are on their way back! NO MORE ONLINE!

This is my fourth set of Rockport shoes and I known that I'm going to be comfortable for years to come

I have been buying the same style of Rockport shoes for work for at least the last twenty years. I was so disappointed when I received these. While they look the same they are very different than previous purchases. When I first started buying Rockport's I was so impressed how comfortable they were right out of the box, no break in at all. These were stiff and rigid. They had no arch support and the insoles were as hard as concrete. I wore them to work the first day, and they made my feet ache. That was three days ago and my feet are still sore. The quality has declined over the last several years, but these are far worse than my last pair. Sadly, This will be the last Rockport's I buy.

While the quality of these shoes seems superior, they sure do run small, like the other three pairs of shoes I bought, all in different styles. I returned them in hopes of getting a more suitable size, but you have to return them first and now they don't have anything in my size. Huge disappointment. I have been a 10R for many years, my feet have not changed. Felt like I was wearing a 9 narrow or something.

I was very unhappy with my purchase. I ordered my size in a wide fit due to some nerve damage in my toes they tit length wise but tight aggravating immediately. And the doles of the shoes may have been a piece of wood. Absolutely no arch and hard as my tile floor. For a hundred and some change a pair i expected way better. Complete waste of money.

Did not fit. The 9.5 XW my size in other shoes did not fit. Sent back and waiting.

have worn mens world tour for 20+ years, always fit perfectly. ordered new ones , the XW in my size was wayyyyyy narrow, and in next size up, same problem. Sad. I guess I move on to another shoe

The quality and fit are not as expected. one shoe has a defective inner support on the toe.

I can not see how or if anyone can say these shoe are any wears comfortable flat against the foot and don't bend when you walk

I have worn Rockport's for over 15 years. I love the World Tour Classic shoe, and my previous shoe was wearing out. I was very disappointed to find that the new shoes are not nearly as wide as the old one. The new shoes really put pressure on the sides of my foot (I have a wide foot). I'm not sure what Rockport changed, but this will be the last time I purchase shoes from them. I wear a 10 extra wide, and the shoe definitely is not that despite the label.

I am uncomfortable with the shoe, will there be a way to change them for another model? ... I don't want any money back, only to change them for another model that is more comfortable because I walk a lot in my work, they feel like an orthopedic model ... in general I am very disappointed!!

Uncomfortable fit. The front of the shoe over the top is sewn a degree below the tongue of the shoe thus creating pressure on the top of your foot. Leading to a very uncomfortable fit. The first pair of shoes I ever had to return.

returning shoe maybe a wider size would work if available

I have always worn Medium Rockport walking shoes, this pair was extremely narrow and I returned immediately and will not purchase online again.

Very disappointed. I purchased classic walking shoes for my husband years ago. He is still wearing them. So I ordered him a pair of sneakers for work. He installs flooring so he is hard on shoes & needs something flexible. The first pair lasted a year when Rebox & others would fall apart in 3 months. So I ordered a second pair exactly the same. The 2nd pair fell apart in less than a month. I thought it was just a fluke so I ordered a 3rd pair & they fell apart in less than a month. Recently I tried ordering him a new pair of classic Walking shoes. His first pair were size 9.5 Wide. So I ordered 9.5 Extra wide thinking it would take less time to break them in. They weren't as wide as his old regular wide pair. He couldn't even get them on his feet. We're super bummed!!
