Hard leather, no padding, aggressive heel cup, completely unforgiving. I sent them back. Never had a pair of Rockports like these - very disappointing.

Returned. Not of the same quality as older Rockport world tour shoes.

I have always worn size 11.5 but this pair , while labeled 11.5, was at least 1/2 size too small. This is at least my 10th pair of Rockports and this is the first problem I have had with the size.

I have bought this shoe in the same size for years and loved them. The ones I recently purchased are either mislabeled or you have changed your sizing

X Wide shoe was not, I have other Rockport X Wide shoes that fit properly. These do not reflect proper US sizes. Off shore made.

Shoes were surprisingly uncomfortable. Hard sole, flat insole. I used to wear Rockports all day. These were a totally different shoe.

I have been buying this shoe for a lot of years and this was the first time this shoe has hurt my feet. i can tell that the cushioning in the inside of the shoe has been reduced or done away with entirely. this is no longer the comfortable shoe that i first bought back in the 90s.

The shoes were sent were narrow and short.theshoes in 11.5 . I have always worn this size 11.5 ny whole life.

Size 12 was more like a size 11 They were cut way too small (tumbled brown)

These run Small. I had to return them because they were too small. I ordered size 14 M and they felt like a 13 narrow.

Have purchased World Tour Shoes for 20 years to walk in, Great Shoe up until recently. Quality of product has decreased, quality control now terrible. I could rely on size a !0W, noe can't even put those on my foot! Ordered 2W, still in less ion width than prior 10W when manufactured in a different country. Entire foot aches wearing newest Verizon. Now I have to find another quality shoe, WHY DID YOU CHANGE AND RUIN A GREAT SHOE!

These shoes look great, but I ordered them online without trying on a pair in person. Big mistake. The shoe fit but was entirely and completely uncomfortable. Felt like I was walking on cement. I returned the shoes for a full refund. Stunningly poor comfort for a purported walking shoe.

Must shop online , especially since Covid. This Size 14 Shoe is attractive, but is undersized when it comes to 14 M a standard size. It's dificult to put the shoe on, heel woes . As well as a narrow front , toes tight and no 1/2 " leeway in the front interior.
