I was not impressed. Shoe pad was thins and not well padded and both of my big toes rubbed against the outside of the shoe - as if the entire shoe pad was off center. I returned them after trying them on.

These were ordered EEEE they arrived XW. I tried them for a week and they were terribly uncomfortable due to amount of plastic in the construction and rough stitching inside the shoe (rubbed blisters on the top of both feet). Might have had a better experience if they were truly EEEE. But the construction was cheap.

First pair of Rockports. Not too happy with them. I am on my feet a lot. The insoles are very hard. I switched the insoles with a different pair, and that seemed to work okay. Still not as good as the NB's I have had.

PROBLEM - I received the shoes about a week ago. It is the same kind of shoe I usually purchase. However, this time the top of the sewn tip of both shoes started to unravel. Usually I am very happy with the shoes. But somehow this particular pair is not of the best quality.

Beware flat feet - Well, I had great hopes for this shoe, but ended up returning it after one day of wearing. I don't know if it is because I have flat feet, but the top of the shoe rubbed against the bottom of my ankle bone. Very uncomfortable.

Finally found them - I had been looking for this shoe in the retail stores, even going to the Rockport store in San Francisco. No one had my size even though they did know that it was available. Luckily a friend had ordered from Zappo and asked if I wanted to try to order it from you. I am so pleased that you not only offer this shoe but that it was available to ship the next day. Thanks . . . I'll be ordering again and telling my friends about you.

Had to send them back - The shoes were not as wide as I needed so I returned them. The return process was hassle free ! from the web site I simply printed out a return lable on my computer and dropped them at the post office. I've since ordered a different pair at Zappos.com and they fit better.

Overall, satisfied, although, I'd probably not buy this style again...too frumpy

I purchased two Rockport World Tour Classics, size 8.5 Wide. I just received them, and tried them on. Unfortunately, one pair feels great. BUT the other hurts -it does not fit, and it feels much too narrow. So, I wish to return the bad-fitting one for a refund.

So undersized that I was unable to try-on. I ordered 15/2E and they were no more than a size 14 - and I would say single e width. Disappointed for Rockport

Shoe has zero cushioning. It is like walking on a piece of plywood. My work boots have much more cushioning than this shoe. Last Rockport shoe I order. Returning for refund.

I have been a Rockport World Tour Classic Walking Shoe customer for 30+ years. I always enjoyed the shoe as it has always had a great fit, great quality, and great comfort IN THE PAST. In 2023, I believe Rockport was acquired by Authentic Brands Group, and this year in 2025, the results of that acquisition have surfaced. The craftsmanship is gone, the quality is gone, and Rockport has lost me as a customer for good. The finish on the shoes is poor, and the actual pattern of the shoe is now very irregular, especially on the left shoe toe area. There is also wrinkling on the sides of the shoes. I purchased three new pairs to purchase my old Rockport shoes, and I returned all three pairs. Don't pay attention to old reviews as they are good reviews and were well deserved back in the day, but now I advise you to just pay attention to reviews from 2025 and on. It is a very different shoe that before. I hate to post this review, but this is where Rockport now is. The corporate decision to make the shoe less expensive has destroyed the brand.

Nice shoe but felt at least a full size smaller than indicated size. I can't wear it.

I have worn the Rockport World Tour Classic for 30 years, buying a new pair every 3-4 years, and they have always fit well and were comfortable the first time they were worn. My recent purchase in 2025 is a great disappointment. The fit is narrow and caused pain in my foot. The leather is stiff and cheap feeling. Turns out Rockport has been in bankruptcy twice in the past 10 years and is now owned by a brand ownership company who does not care about quality.

The fit was wrong and the size was wrong.

Rockport shoes have gone downhill fast, have ordered them via Zappos for years and will never do it again. Very uncomfortable, stiff, size is wrong. This has been my fourth order of these shoes, the last ones I sent back thinking it was a one-off, ordered them again to find the same uncomfortable feeling.

You sent me the wrong width. I didn't like that.

The shoe was painful to wear. It rubbed my ankle bones, both left and right. I returned the shoes.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever purchased. The leather is rigid and it particularly bites around the ankles. In addition, the shoes had an odor that still hasn't gone away. I wore them once and wish I could have returned them. Rockport quality has really gone downhill lately.
