I received two shoes that didn't match in size, color, or labeling. I did take the time to try them on to make sure I couldn't use them. If I were running the company I would offer to replace the errant pair with a discounted substitute, since it was a bit of an inconvenience that could have been easily avoided. I am reluctant to order anything else from the company, even though I like what I see of their product line. It is sad because I have purchased that same shoe a number of times before online and almost always got what I expected.

why do manufacturers put so much toe spring into shoes these days? It’s ridiculous! Who wears these? The toe is bent up like an elf’s shoe. My feet ache in these torture devices. I have purchased at least three pairs in the past and they fit fine, now the excessive toe spring they mold into these makes these unwearable.

One shoe was a shade lighter in color. They really weren't properly paired, as one was labeled 9W and the mate was labeled 9M. I believe both shoes are medium widths, which I can't use. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning them when the order could have been properly filled if someone had been paying attention.

They're smaller & narrower than older models. The quality of the materials has also declined.

Despite being the same size and style of another pair ordered this shoe is .25 inch smaller than the other pair.

I was very disappointed with the small fit (a size that seems to work for other companies) and absolutely no arch or foot support. It was like walking on a piece of flat cardboard. I expected so much more from a Rockport product.

My husband has been wearing these shoes for years and loves them. We ordered him 2 pairs a while back and one pair was true to size but the other identical shoe was too small. He has a wide foot and wides have always fit so we thought it was just a fluke and sent the smaller shoe back. This time we ordered his size in wide and extra wide to try both. Both pair of shoes were too small, he could not get them on. Don't know what has changed but his feet haven't, everything else he buys is the same size. Back they had to go again. He is going to try going up 1/2 size so we will keep our fingers crossed because he absolutely loves this shoe.

I returned these. I bought them to replace Rockport ProWalkers which were too hard in the sole. These weren't any better. Too bad Rockport changed their design and lost the comfort!

Men's size 8, width XW (4E) - narrower by about 1/4" from prior purchases of same model/size/width. Country of manufacture is different: was Vietnam, now India.

Fit was great, but after minimal wear, the upper is separating from the sole.

There haven't been many shoes where even before it's all the way on you're thinking "man this is awful." How these are walking shoes I don't know, they are profoundly uncomfortable. No cushion, odd lumps in the insoles that don't seem to relate to foot anatomy, and a stiffness that seems like it would never get more flexible. I can't recall the last pair of shoes I dislike as much as these. Sending them back first thing tomorrow.

I have had these shoes for 7 months now, and I only wore it very very occasionally, that is because it is definitely the worst pair of shoes I have ever had!! The part surrounding the back of the ankle is so hard and stiff, I have to wear very thick socks to avoid getting blisters!
