Love my new boots! The fit is a little different than what I am accustomed; however, they are comfortable. I wear them with a heavier sock to add comfort. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than my regular shoes and they fit great. They rock!

Great looking boot, but small toe box - These boots are really great looking and well made, but the fit is problematical. The leather is very hard and the toe box unusually narrow. I am always a standard B width and these definitely run narrow. I have had them stretched, but they are going to take a while to break in. Also be prepared for heel slippage. Although the toe is narrow, the heel is wide. Also wish the sole/heel were wood instead of rubber.

Colorado review - Slightly bigger than normal size but look great, super comfortable and great on the motorcycle.

Tough leather!!! I have 4 pairs of Frye boots and these are the least comfortable. Fryes run true to size for me, but I wish I had gone up a 1/2 size with these so that I could have put a gel insole in them. They run surprisingly narrow - also, I bought the tan leather ones and this leather is thick and stiff with not much give. I have the same style boot in the same size in the black leather, and they are much more comfortable. I suspect that by the time I break them in, I'll either need a new pair, or, more likely, a pair of orthopedic boots instead:(

Really cool but.... I love these boots. However, I did order a 1/2 size larger which was recommended. After I wear these a while, they start rubbing my toes. I have a fairly narrow foot so I'm surprised these are bothering me. I wear a thick sock b/c anything thinner causes the too big feel. Maybe a full size larger would work better???

So cool looking! I had trouble getting the right fit for these boots. My size was very narrow in the toes. I tried a half size up and the fit was much better. I haven't had them long enough to really break them in, but the heel slips, which the manufacturer says is normal. I wear them with a cozy sock, which helps. They have a 2" heel, which I don't normally wear, so that is a factor in how they are not as comfy as my other boots. But they are splendidly stylish and make me feel dressed up even in my old duds.

Useful & cute, but not very comfortable. These are good-looking boots at good low rise. They look even better to me with "Dr. Marten's Wonder Balsam." But the toe box is so narrow! I will have to have them stretched at the boot shop. I wear a size 9M, and bought a 9. The fit is accurate until the toe knuckles, then very tight. I've worn them a lot already, and always can't wait to get them off. Inside, there are things that protrude into the ankles & lower legs. I kept these because they go with what I typically wear.

Groovy boots- These boots are comfy and casual. They suit flair legs pants or you can tuck straight leg pants in. I love to wear them dancing or just for relaxing days out and about. A friend has a pair and they looked so fine on her I bought a pair too! And you know the leather will last and FRYE will stand by the quality...

A little too roomy, esp in the heel - This boot does run large--it was not avail in my usual shoe size of 8, so I went with 8.5 thinking that would probably be about right for a boot. But it was much too big in the heel, especially (though not especially wide). Had to return.

it will last a life time - This boot has an awesome down to earth look. It is loose in the heel. I have high arches and is difficult to pull on but once on it feels amazing. I can fit slim socks in this boot only. Otherwise I cannot get them on. A rugged boot made to last a lifetime.

Bought these for riding; they have a higher arch than the Harley's and were easier to pull on. The heel is a bit wide for a woman's fit.

super cute looking. Only way to get them on was without a sock. Once on they fit size wise so going up a size to help get them on wouldn’t have helped. They would have been huge once on. I do have a higher instep, but it’s not crazy. I don’t get why shoe companies can’t make half sizes when going past a size 10, and shoes for people who may have a bit higher instep to make things go on. Once on, there was no padding in the insole, and you could feel where the harness part went fully under the foot. Something to pad that would have been nice. I wouldn’t have been able to tolerate that feeling. For the cost of this boot, there were too many things that just didn’t work, and I had to send back. I love Frye, but it seems they are changing things, and making things smaller and narrower. But Zappos rocks on taking them back, and the boots were super cute if you’re lucky enough for them to fit

This boots are hands down the coolest boots I've ever put on. Love the rugged, sturdy style but has several rough edges inside the boot. Unfortunately, they are also HUGE, being a full two inches too long with so much heel slippage, my foot nearly came out just walking across the room. I am heartbroken since this is the smallest size they make. I have other Frye boots that fit true to size. Why are they making this one so big??? Returning.

can't get the boot on because the heel is SO narrow! I do have wide feet so I ordered a wide- but I've never had a heel area this narrow. Sad bc they are American made and look nice. I dont think even going up a size would be large enough

Super cute but hard to get on & run very narrow. Kept them since they were cute though.
