Runs terribly narrow. Not exaggerating. Quality was ok, but I could tell these would not last long even if they would fit. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these to anyone. Same with the Toms Alpargata.

These shoes are honestly so small. I have bought two pairs now and they're way too small. I went a half air down after reading reviews and I could not get my foot into the shoe. So I got my regular size (7.5), which I almost never veer from, and I can't even tell a difference between these and the size 7. I'm gonna have to go to a store and try some on because I don't think going even another half size up will be enough.

So, I lost my standard black TOMS and decided it was time for a new pair anyway. I'm not sure what happened, but I bought the same model, size, and color as I have in the past (the last time I bought them was about 18 months ago). I could NOT get my (admittedly wide) foot into them! TOMS must have changed their sizing or started skimping on fabric. VERY disappointing. The problem is that the next size up was just longer, not wider. I have always liked TOMS because even though they don't come in wide, they typically stretch to my needs within the first day of wearing them. Like I said, I couldn't even get my foot into these in order for that to happen. Luckily, I found my old TOMS under the seat in my car.

Could not fit shoes was not wide enough

Toms classic canvas slip ons are very cute and the one for one is a great cause. The only thing is that the shoes are made cheap and the do not last. The soles wear out before the canvas shoe itself. Also I have ordered many Toms for myself and daughter and I’m not happy how the back of the shoe starts to split after wearing them. For the price around $50 a pair they should last longer and should be made better. I have moved away from buying and replacing Toms. They are not worth the price.

I feel like these are not real Toms. I have a pair from a few years ago, and the insole was never able to come out. When I looked at these the insoles can be completely removed. Unless toms changed how they are made, they don’t seem real to me.

the picture on the website makes the color of these shoes look red and gray. They are NOT red... they are PINK!!!

Im a size 7 1/2 and ordered an 8. They were too tight on me. I will be returning them

Cant even get them on. Sooo tight & uncomfortable. wth?

Warning: Tom's Seasonal Classics and Toms Classics fit differently. The seasonal classics are wider and I love them. Classics however, have made painful red marks in my feet, even after trying to break them multiple times. I do not have wide feet, in fact, they are on the narrow side. Sadly, I have already worn these outside and cannot return. They are a complete waste as I cannot wear them. I even tried on a half size bigger and they slipped off the back of my foot so it is clearly a width issue. Such a shame that Toms does not make the classics and seasonal classics the same, unless I just got a bad pair. I am very unhappy with these shoes.

Way too narrow and no other width options. The length looks true to size but I can't say for sure because I couldn't even get them on. My feet are a 9.5 length but I always wear 10s because I have wide feet. I ordered these in a 10 and, as I said, I couldn't get them on. I wouldn't order up because even the 10s are already longer than I need and too much extra length is easy to trip over. I'm super disappointed as I had wanted Toms for a while and I like their values as a company. Luckily it's easy to return on Zappos.

Nice looking shoes, however these Tom's were purchased to give as a gift but they did not arrive in an authentic Tom's box (just a plain brown shoe box, no brand labeling). Disappointed, as no proof item is authentic and not sure I want to give as a gift without the original Tom's box.

This is the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever put on. I have purchased this exact size of Tom's in the past and it has fit me perfectly and been very comfortable. I don't know if Tom's changed their size chart, but from now on I will try them on in the store before purchasing.

These seem to be the in shoes for everyone, but I think they are very cheaply made and not supportive at all.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that the box said size 9 which I ordered. However I wore the shoes and they felt a little too big. I thought these shoes ran true to size. I ended up keeping them as I just had my son and did not have the time to deal with returning them. I now realized that Zappos sent a size 9.5 not a size 9 even though the box which I double checked is a size 9. Make sure the shoe sizes match otherwise a great shoe.

I was truly disappointed. I have worn toms before and the shoes I received were NOTHING like the real thing. I'm normally a size 7 1/2 so I ordered an 8. The shoe would not even go on my foot it was so small. I don't believe I was sold/sent the shoe I ordered.
