Still working on getting them nice and broken in. But so far they've been great. Totally waterproof as far as I can tell (played some Ultimate frisbee in the rain, I was soaked but my feet were totally dry). They're super comfortable and have great traction. I find no fault in them so far.

I had a pain of vasque hiking boots for 15 years. This is a great boot! These are amazing. Took them on their maiden voyage the other day and no blisters, no discomfort at all. A highly recommend this boot.
Brands I'd also recommend: merrill, clarks, teva

I love Vasque's boots. I own two other pairs which have served me well and have been comfortable right out of the box without the need to break them in. This pair, however, was not as comfortable. The tongue, in particular, was extremely stiff. Perhaps it was this pair specifically considering all the other good reviews. Unfortunately, I had to return it. It does not deter me from buying other Vasque shoes though.

So far I'm very pleased with these boots. First and recent outing was to do some trails near Broken Bow, OK. Good ankle support and comfortable with room for toe-wiggling. Haven't tested its waterproofness yet.

Great boots! Didn't really need to break them in at all - wore normal weight socks with them on a hike with lots of loose rocks and steep slopes. They performed great. Haven't worn them in wet weather yet, but they look as though they would keep water our well. They got really dusty and cleaned up easily.
