These Teva thongs last years. I had a pair just like this for the last 5 years. I was happy to know I found another pair with the same solid sole. These are not lightweight, they are great for walking 3 months in Asia with. The arch support is the best I have ever had, and the thong will not break, ever. All other thongs I have had under $45 break after a year. Pay the extra money and invest in these. I also love the new material under your feet. My old ones got smelly really quick, and my foot would slip when a wave crashed on my foot. These are great, look great, and because they are light color, they won't burn your feet like my old black ones did after sitting in the sun for an hour. Just note: they need to be broken in, the heavy duty thong is rough at first, but then with water, sun, and wear snugs up. So happy Teva still makes this style. Stay away from the cheaper Tevas (foam type).

This flip flop takes the best of a Teva all-terrain sandal and matches it with the ease and comfort of a flip-flop. It is very supportive in all respects for all-day comfort. Quality of materials, design and construction are great. I was disappointed in the quality of Olukai which cost twice as much and bought these as replacements and could not be happier.

These flip flops are the most comfortable, well made shoes I have ever purchased. Right out of the box they were as comfortable as shoes than most shoes after a break - in period. I will order more as needed.
