These were just what I've been looking for in a casual shoe with a comfy foot bed. Unfortunately, either my feet have gotten wider because they are way too narrow for me, or they just run narrow? A B width would probably do, but they're sold out. However, it's nice to find a shoe in 11.5). I generally go with 12AA in New Balance.

I wanted a shoe that would provide cushioning on the bottom and good arch support, and that would look good for nicer occasions (sneakers are not appropriate everywhere). I liked the look of this shoe immediately. It feels a little snug (narrow) when I first put it on, but I expect that it will loosen up with time. The egg-crate construction on the bottom took some getting used to, but it does seem to provide adequate cushioning for my foot. Not sure I\'d be comfortable spending all day walking in these shoes, but they are very nice for ordinary activities.

I was so disappointed when I put this shoe on. It was really really comfortable, but both shoes squeaked so badly that you could not walk in them without making a horrible noise.

Wow! These shoes are great! I tend to have foot pain and it is hard to find shoes that are stylish, versatile and are kind to my feet. I am so glad I found the SoftWalk Solana, it is the perfect solution. I can wear them all day long and my feet feel great at the end of the day. They pair perfectly with jeans or pants. I did have to send my first pair back and order one-half size bigger than my regular size to get a better fit.

The shoe was cute and the slight heel height nice, but like another reviewer said, my foot lifted and slipped right out of the heel when I walked. I appreciate Softwalk shoes for their comfort and didn\'t want to have to add heel pads to make this style fit. I\'ll try to find another style that holds my foot more securely.

Strap is in a bad place for me but I really, really loved these shoes when I tried them on. They are ADORABLE on, the eggcrate insole cradles your foot and they're so comfortable. However, the strap chafed unpleasantly when I walked, and loosening it made my heel slip out. Also the heels are a touch narrow, making my ankles wobble when I walked in them. I hated to return them, because of how cute they were and the comfort of the sole, but they just didn't work on my feet. I wear 9.5-10 narrow shoes and I tried a 10AA.

I have a bunion and find it very hard to find comfortable shoes. This SoftWalk shoe is as soft as a slipper and looks great too! I can wear them all day and have no pain in my foot. I recommend these shoes to everyone that wants style and comfort in one shoe.

I found the SoftWalk shoe to be very comfortable. I ordered my true size in the sandal, but needed a half size bigger in the loafer and SoftWalk boots.

Although I've only just received these Softwalks, the fit and feel are amazing for someone who has had a lifetime struggle finding narrow casual shoes. Dress shoes, no problem, thank heaven for Cole Haan and Stuart Weitzman, but casual shoes have always been a compromise; I'm delighted to find a brand that will hopefully become a mainstay. (I tried some Clarks shoes at the same time, but they were just a bit too wide.) I am worried about the slickness of the soles so I'll have to be cautious on linoleum and carpet at work. Also, I'd be willing to pay more for real leather lining. Finally, Zappos staff have been terrific!

These are super-cute, and they were comfy on my foot, but the calf was not wide enough for me. I ordered a size 8.5, so I thought the larger size might mean a bit larger, making it wide enough; or at the very least, that the goring would be stretchy enough to make up for it. No dice. The goring is actually not very stretchy at all, and I couldn't zip these up over my calf. Shame, they were great otherwise. I have 17" calves (soccer player), so if your calves a little smaller, they could be a great pick.

I bought these in both a 6.5WW and a 7WW in brown not sure which size would work for me. Well, they run true-to-size and the smaller size worked beautifully for my small, wide, and "bunioned" feet. The buckle makes them interestingly cute and they are both practical and very comfortable for casual, everyday life. The cushioning is fantastic. They look great with all cuts of jeans as well as with corduroys and they work extremely well with my older, suede, matching handbag. They make me look very together and spiffy! Thus, I highly recommend these Softwalks to anyone who likes to slip on comfortable shoes on the way out her door, even over thick winter socks. As usual, Zappos delivery was simply superb.

I love these shoes, but the toe box is much smaller than my previous pair of Softwalk mules. Unfortunately, I am going to have to return them. Other than this, these shoes are extremely comfortable and I wish they fit me.

I have very narrow feet and can wear these shoes because of the adjustable strap. These are very comfortable because of the cushy insoles, but they do tend to release puffs of air that are slightly audible when you walk.

Wow! I really love this pair of shoes, just a little funky great with a pair of jeans and they fit very well. Comfortable and well constructed. I think these might be my favorite purchase from Zappos. I would recommend them to everyone, and of course the service at Zappos can't be beat.

These really appear to be nicely made, but even though I have ordered shoes in my size that fit from Zappos before, these are too small. I ordered three different items and all ran too small for me to wear.

Very nice shoe. I always wear a narrow; however, narrow in this style was too narrow, so I ordered Medium. Nice color, well-made, flattering, and very comfortable. Good support.

I really appreciate the fast service that Zappos provides. I ordered them one day and received them a day later. I have difficulty getting narrow shoes that fit properly and give good arch support. I wore these shoes the day I got them and they are SO comfortable. I didn\'t need any break in period like you need with some shoes. If you need a pair of shoes that are comfortable and look great especially with pants or jeans I highly recommend these shoes.

This is the second pair of SoftWalk Jupiters I have purchased in 2 years. I really put the first pair to the test as I work on my feet 6 hours per day 7 days per week. There was plenty of room for my size 9.5 feet to spread a little. On the second pair I went up a 1/2 size to accommodate any swelling from the standing. They are so comfortable because of the roominess. They also held up very well on the outside and shined up easily with a little shoe polish now and then. I did have to replace the elastic attached to the bucket after 9 months, but it was an easy and inexpensive repair, and not unexpected. I think that they are relatively attractive; more so than some other Mary Jane comfort shoes. When the first pair wore out, I tried many other well-known brands of comfort shoes (thanks Zappos for your patience and speedy service), but none fit as well as these did. I would have liked a pair in brown and have had the option of buying another SoftWalk insole, but both are unavailable. I love them.

I didn't find that this boot ran true to fit. I usually take a Narrow width in the sandals/clogs/shoes, but had to get a Medium in this boot. In addition, this style is not as padded as other Softwalk shoes, sandals or clogs. I found it necessary to add additional padding for which there was room in the wider style. The boots are still a little wide in the heel, but will "do" for a planned trip. I like them, but was sorry I had to add additional padding.

Since purchasing my SoftWalk Jupiter shoes my feet feel like they have died and gone to heaven. They are absolutely the best pair of shoes I have had in many years. The greatest thing about them is I don't have to buy arch supports and heel cups for my shoes any longer to help alleviate my foot pain & heel pain. Now that I have finally found shoes that help relieve my pain I plan to purchase a few more pairs. I highly recommend these SoftWalk shoes to anyone with foot and heel problems.

As others have mentioned, the top of the toe box can feel a bit tight, but I\'ve noticed that as I wear the shoes, the egg-crate compresses just enough for that to resolve, and the shoe is very comfortable.

This is my second pair. The first had a paisley pattern. I used the shoe for two years.\\r\\n The shoe fits a narrow width. It\\\'s comfortable. So I looked for a replacement and got the leather shoe in cognac. It\\\'s slightly different from the first but it has the same attributes as the first. I like the shoe a lot and I wear it often.

This is possibly one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I have a wide foot with a high arch, and I need a lot of cushion to step on. This shoe provides it all for me, and I can dress in fashion on top of all that! I bought this in a black and navy nubuck leather, so I can wear them with many outfits. Thank you Softwalk!
