I have been shopping for knee high boots for years without any luck due to my large calves until now. I absolutely love my boots! The are not only stylish but very comfortable as well. These boots are great! Cute, sassy, comfortable, and big enough for wide calves. My only two complaints are that the syntheticness makes them a bit squeaky and the heels wear down quickly, which is a problem for me especially because my feet turn inward when I walk and I always wear down heels. Runs a little big so I wear thick socks, no problem.

Being a petite size at 5'3" with 17" calves, the thought of being able to wear above calf boots was an impossible dream. I was unable to locate boots in local department stores. But luckily a friend recommended your site to me. My boots arrived as promised before Christmas Day 2011. On Christmas day, I was walking and looking sexy in my new black boots; receiving many compliments. The overall design/structure is wonderful. My calves fit like a charm in the boots. The boots fit great. They are especially wide at the top (which is a bit wider than I needed but that was my mistake in that I didn't measure my calf before ordering).

They were exactly what I wanted. They are so comfortable and neat. They fit great and I was very pleased with the style and look of the boot. They were a little large around my calf but that is great for socks, pants and leggings to fit inside.

Love these boots. The calf is really wide and even a little loose for me, so I love them. I usually need a 17 inch calf if that helps. The fit of the foot is true to size, not loose, and very comfortable. Great boot, and Zappos service was great too.

My calves are larger than average and I have difficulty finding boots to accommodate such. Unfortunately, these boots are way to big and swallow my calves (15), even with jeans tucked in.

Amazing! Comfortable and classy. I am 5'2 with shorter legs and they hit just about an inch below my knee. They are wide enough to wear with jeans tucked in but still look good with tights. I highly recommend!

I ordered these boots about a month ago and they are now one of my favorites! The color and finish is absolutely rich and the shape of the boot is very flattering. It is a wide-calf, so there is plenty of room to wear them over your denim and show off their classy attributes. On the back, there is a belt and buckle that keeps things interesting and it is fully adjustable as well! The full length zipper on the inside provides for easy and painless access to these great boots and the heal is just right- not too high and not too low. I have paired them with boots for a sporty and casual look and I have rocked them in the workplace, wearing them with a dress and skirt ensemble. They are entirely versatile and with such a great color, they are sure to fit well in to your wardrobe choices.

I wore these boots to a wedding in D.C. during the "blizzard of 2010." The wedding was the day after Christmas, and the other boots I had ordered from another site arrived on Dec 23 and were way too small in the calf. In a panic I got on Zappos.com in the late afternoon and ordered these, had them the next Christmas Eve morning! I mean, they literally got to me in less than 18 hours and that was free shipping! Zappos saved me from having to wear heels during the blizzard! It was bitter cold, but my feet were warm and toasty. These boots are not too high, so I could wear them for hours without toe pain. I typically take an 8 , but I got a 9 because the 8 was sold out. Glad I did, because the toe is pointy and might have been uncomfortable in an 8. The calf is very generous, and there is an adjustable strap on the back, which is nice. My only complaint would be the price in comparison to the quality of the material, but all in all it was a good purchase and I will be wearing them again this winter. Thanks again, Zappos!
