I bought these for myself, in my normal size (8.5), and they were way too small. But they fit my daughter, who wears a 7.5 perfectly, so I am giving them to her and purchasing a pair in size 9.5 for myself. We both think they are super cute, and they seem very comfortable.

I've been searching for cute, work-appropriate shoes that are actually comfortable to wear all day, and these definitely met the challenge. If arch support matters for you then keep looking because there is zero arch support in these. However if you don't have arch issues and you're not planning to walk miles and miles in them then don't worry - they're definitely a heck of a lot more comfy than most other flats I've owned! I particularly love how the stretchy, elasticized part ensures that they actually stay on my feet but because it's all fabric (as opposed to leather or some other material) that part doesn't pinch or irritate or cause blisters. DEFINITELY order bigger than your usual size, though!! I was a little skeptical about ordering a bigger size because I tend to prefer my flats a little on the snug size so they don't slip off when I walk, but I ordered a half size bigger based on the other reviews and I'm SO glad I did because these definitely run small. I'm usually an 8 in flats, and the 8.5 feels great to me - but I also think a 9 would have been comfortable so I'd say order a half to full size up based on your preferences. My only "complaint" about them is that the toe box is a bit narrow - but that's from someone who has fairly wide "Fred Flintstone" type feet, and it's still not narrow enough to be problematic, just a little tight in the toes. Overall, these are awesome!

Very cute shoe. Taking the advice of other reviewers, I ordered a 7 -- a whole size up -- but that was too much. Am exchanging them for a half size larger than my normal 6. Looking forward to wearing them, as even a bit large they seem extremely comfortable.

Love these shoes. I am always a size 10, so ordered a size 10 and had to exchange them for an 11, so definitely order a full size up. The sole is very flat, no support, but that's fine it's just the style of shoe. Very cute, I love these and would order them again. Also really comfortable and have never hurt my feet - most shoes I seem to need to break in a bit before they stop hurting.

I ordered my normal Keen size 5 and to my great surprise, they were too small. I exchanged them for a 5.5 and I think a 6 would fit also. I have high arches and had no issues with being in these, walking all day. It feels like your feet are walking on marshmallows. Plus...they're darling. Love them.

These are a super cute and fun little shoe. I normally wear between a 7 and 7.5. I decided to order the 7.5 and they fit great. Not the most comfortable shoe with very little to no cushion, but quick and easy to slip on when running out the door.

I got the plaid and I love them! Very cute and comfortable. Most definitely get at least a half size up from your normal size. I am usually a 9 in Keens, and I needed to get a 9.5 so that my toes did not feel all smashed up in the shoe. These are great little flats once you get the right size!

First order a size larger than your normal shoe size. Then, these shoes are amazing (three cheers for Keen!). So comfortable. Love the floral print. But the best part? They actually stay on my narrow heels! Usually, I'm forced to avoid ballets flats altogether. I walk right out of them. I bought this pair figuring they'd be returned like all of the rest...not so! I'm definitely buying a second pair!

These shoes are super comfortable right out of the box if you order a whole size up. I normally wear an 8, but ordered a 9 based on the recommendations on the Keen website. These are my new go-to flats this season!

I love these shoes! They are so cute and by far the nicest flats I've ever seen in my life. I read other people's reviews and ordered one size up but they are too big so I'm returning them and going a half-size up instead. I got them in black and red because they are so cute In both colors. They don't offer much support but I've yet to see flood the does that anyway. That is why am giving them a four star rating.

Loved them when I spotted them at Zappos and had to have them. Very cute and will be great with jeans! Had to order a 1/2 size larger than normal.

Oh Keens, WHY ARE YOUR SIZES SO INCONSISTENT? These run at least a full size small. I normally wear a 7, ordered a 7.5 based on other Keens I've owned,exchanged for an 8 - still too small and now I am re-ordering in a 8.5. Why? Because these are just too stinking cute. They seem like they will be comfortable once I get the right size. Just to beat a dead horse on the sizing issue: I ordered two other pairs of Keens in size 7.5 in this order. This shoe ran very small. The second was just right. The third was far too large.

Update: I originally ordered a 10, returned it for 10.5, and those are going back too. This shoe runs a whole size small. The 11 fits perfect. Unfortunately I had to order them from another site, but paid same price so that made me happy.

Although I'm returning these I do think the style of the shoe is cute. The denim though is just not for me after I tried them on. I am however getting them in red(: They seem very cozy wrapped around my feet n felt comfortable on idk how they will be actually walking around, but you can always wear insoles !(:

I'm usually a size 9 (sometimes 8.5) but I ordered a size 9.5 in these and they felt so small that I returned them. They're very stylish and seem well-made though so I might re-order them in a larger size.

I've been searching for a long time for a comfortable pair of ballerina flats. I've tried on everything from cheap ones from Target to expensive Born brand. Every one of them hurt. These Keen flats are not only adorable, they are comfortable! They feel like slippers! I think they run small, as I normally wear a size 10 and these were too small. I have a 10.5 coming tomorrow. The bottom sole of the shoe is very thin, but flexible. The canvas material is soft and forms around the foot without digging into your foot. I am crossing my fingers the bigger size fits, because I love this shoe! Will update when bigger size arrives.

I just received this adorable pair of Keen flats. I ordered the cute floral pattern. I ordered my usual size (8.5) and noticed shortly after wearing them that my toes seem a little snug. The rest of the shoe seems to fit just fine. And, I'm not having a problem with heal slipping, pinching or rubbing (which is always good)! I am hoping they will stretch a tad in time.

So this shoe looks like it should have some sort of arch support - but it doesn't. It's like wearing a house slipper. I was looking for a commuter replacement for my much loved Bob ballet slippers that do have a lot of cushion and are very breathable. I walk about three miles a day getting to and from work - so I need a shoe that can take a beating - these will be going back. They are cute if that's all you are going for.

I ordered this shoe 4 times trying to find a fit. Every size was too tight. I finally gave up and got the Merrell Wish Glove.

Disappointed with Keen on this one. It is a VERY cheap shoe, about the quality and comfort of a TOMS at a ridiculous price. If you really feel compelled to order the shoe, do order at least a half size up. I walked around the house and there is NO support. I am amazed it is considered a shoe at all, it's more like a pricey house slipper.

These were WAY too small. I'm a 9 to 9 1/2 and the 11's were still too tight. Very disappointing because there are not many adorable vegan flats.

Shapeless, no support, way too short even with ordering a whole size up. My slippers have more shape and support than these shoes. Cute print, but that is all. Returned them.
