I love how these feel on my feet. I added an insert and these boots are comfortable and good looking. I am waiting for snow to see how stable and how much grip they will have. I usually wear narrow but Ecco ties work for me.

These boots are fantastic! Super comfortable from the get-go, they look nice and are perfect for my Colorado mountains lifestyle. I have gotten many compliments on them. Can highly recommend.

Super comfortable. Super soft leather. I take a 9.5 to a 10, so bought the boot marked 10-10.5 and it is large. Didn't think the 9 - 9.5 boot would fit, but it would've been a better size. The boot runs a bit large. Bought it for a walking boot for vacation and loved it.

I wanted a boot to do double duty. For lots of indoor and outdoor walking. Loved the look of this boot, but the footbed is narrow from the top of the shoe to the bottom. I do not have fat feet so will have to return as they smashed my feet. Thanks Zappos for great service!

Ecco seems to have the kind of shoes that suit my sensitive feet. After several years of plantar fasciitis, my feet are mostly pain-free, but tender and will start to hurt again if I wear the wrong shoes. So I have a very limited footwear wardrobe at this point. And since I live in a cold climate, I really needed warm boots that were fairly neutral. The insoles that came with the boots did not have much in the way of support and so I borrowed the insoles from my favorite Ecco sneakers, and those feel fine. The boots grip well in our wintry weather. They are not waterproof, but so far I have not had wet feet. I am going to put some snoseal on them soon. I like it that they are lace up and I can make them as snug (or not) as I wish. I bought one size larger, as the 38s felt a little tight with my winter socks. However, I seem to have too much room at the front of the boot in the 39s. And they look kind of big on my feet, when I gaze down at them. One thing I will say is that it sure is hard to get my feet into these boots! Especially if I am wearing thicker socks. I have learned to really loosen the laces after I finish wearing them so that they are ready for next time. That way I can get my feet in quickly, tie up, and zip out the door, rather than sit there and struggle to cram my foot in. I like the lacings but I've had to learn to deal with them. I do wear my Smartwool socks with these boots, and my feet have not been cold at all.
