New Balance is one of my favorite brands. Love the shoe and color, but need 1/2 size larger. Am reordering, as you do not make exchanges!

My wife is a server at a diner so she is on her feet a lot. I bought these shoes for her and she loves them. She said they are very comfortable. Also, I must also give credit for the super fast shipping!

Cute shoe! Liked the style but these run long. I ordered 2 pair of size 6 NB and this one was a solid half inch longer than the other pair. Excellent customer service at Zappos for completing an exchange in size.

Feels pretty good. Not a lot of cushioning or padding but not totally without. I'll have to try this on & wear them around the house for a bit to see how they really feel. So far, not bad.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever ordered. I wear a women's size 13 and have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and look good. I am ordering another pair in another color right now. Also ordered them on Monday night- paid $7 extra for delivery and they were at my house on Tuesday when I came home.

This is the second pair of this style of New Balance running shoe that I've bought, and I couldn't be happier with them! I am pretty new to street running (only about a years worth of experience) but I run between 4-9 miles almost every day, and these shoes are great for it! I am 5'5", female, 150 lbs, and a size 7.5 and these definitely fit the bill for me! They tend to run perfectly true to size in terms of length, however I usually find that a wider width feels much better than a regular, even though my feet aren't particularly wide. All said, this is a great shoe for the price and the wear I get out of them!

I have the most misshapen, hideous feet known to man (when my husband first saw me barefoot, he thought I’d been in an accident that mangled my feet), so it’s very difficult to find shoes that fit comfortably. Since we walk a minimum of 3 miles a day at 4mph (usually more), and I’m on my feet cooking for hours and/or chasing grandchildren daily, a good shoe is a must. These New Balance shoes fit the bill. Plenty of toe room, my bunions aren’t screaming, my heels don’t ride up out of the shoe causing blisters, absolutely no “break-in” period, plenty of cushioning but light as cotton candy -- it’s as though these shoes were custom-made for me. Add to all of this that they’re embellished with plenty of PINK … if it’s pink and shiny, I’m in love. These are so perfect for me that I just ordered another pair. Run, walk or cartwheel to your nearest computer and order these shoes for yourself!

I really like this shoe because it fits comfortably and looks good. Since I wear a 9-9.5, this size tends to be very wide in the front. This style is narrower around the ball of the foot, which I find much preferable to the usual shoe.

These sneakers were amazing right out of the box. I put them on and went out for a walk right away. No break in period necessary. I usually wear an 8 in sneakers and got the 8 wide, based on other reviews. I have a slightly wide foot but don't usually seek out a wide shoe. Since this had the option, I went for it and the toe area is nice and roomy. Perfect fit. No break in period needed. Highly recommend.

I run about 12 miles a week. I'd always used New Balance shoes, but last year switched to a pair of Adidas. And they destroyed my feet. (I had to stop running for a few months, and I had to walk in a boot for a month!) So I decided to go back to New Balance this year. These shoes are great for my bad arches. They're super light and comfortable. Someone else complained about the pattern looking cheap. It really doesn't; I think they're pretty cute shoes. But who cares how they look? They support my feet and have been a great trainer.

I just received these running shoes in the mail this week and have used them twice so far (albeit both times on a treadmill). They are lightweight, fun, colorful, and most importantly comfortable on my feet. I've had no issues "breaking them in" and the support they give me is perfect. Highly recommend New Balance shoes.

I love these shoes!! If you have wide feet or pronate, these shoes are perfect. I wore Nikes before and they really made my pronating worse as well as chronic knee pain. True runner measured me for these and I could not be happier with them.

I switched to the New Balance W870v3 thanks to Fleet Feet, my local running store. I used to run in Nike and then Asics for years, and was hesitant to change but I did not regret it. These shoes are extremely light and comfortable (provided you are professionally fitted for them, so you get the right style and size.) Unlike other reviewers, I also loved the new look and feel, especially the colors! (Although some of the painted areas indeed didn't look as good as fabric may have.) I trained for and ran the 2013 ING New York City Marathon in these and am back to order my second pair.

Finally bought a new workout shoe after much research and pricing. My last pair was by Mizuno. I did my first cardio workout in them today, 62 minutes on the elliptical trainer. They provided excellent cushioning and are very lightweight at 9 ounces. No foot soreness this evening thus far. I like the look, they don't make my feet look big and are not oddly shaped around the toe section, like some shoes that give that "duck bill" look. Also flattering to the legs. Would prefer to wear them sockless but have learned over the years that good quality workout socks are essential to avoid blisters & toenail bruising/damage. The fit is fine. I wear 8.5, that's what I bought. The festive multi-color combo of silver, pink, yellow, purple is fun.

These sneakers allow the insole to be removed for my custom orthotics. The toe box is roomy enough to accommodate my wide forefoot. I am happy with the look and feel of the sneakers.

Bought these as a running shoe. Kept them as just a cute little out and about shoe just to have something other than bland white that most wide widths come in. My feet got tender and sore after about 30 minutes of running or walking. My typical workout is 50-60 minutes so these definitely do not work for me as a running shoe. Love the bright color in a wider width but the toe bed is not as wide as the plainer shoes and therefore not as comfortable. Great little shoe for running to the grocery or for a few errands but other than that not so much. Would not buy again.

I had to send these back...bummer. They are CUTE! I ordered the yellow/purple ones and they felt really weird in the toe box, kind of narrow. I also ordered the New Balance W1260v3- kept those! Once again, Zappos delivered fantastic customer service!

I've been buying the W870 shoes for years and bought the v3's several weeks ago for running and gym workouts. I like these shoes - they fit very similarly to the W870v2 model. However, I agree with the other reviews that they are somewhat flimsy and seem cheaply made, so I'm not counting on these to last as long as my previous NB shoes.

Bought the 7 EE size. The shoe runs a bit small in the width, and length, and contrary to the website description they are really for people that wear out their shoes to the inside of the foot. I wear out my soles to the outside of my foot.

Very comfortable and as usual you'll need a half size to a whole size larger in New Balance. I love some color in this one! I've worn this brand for years.

Very comfortable, especially if you have PF. Tongue could be 1/2" longer. New balance always runs one size small, so order up. Great for outdoor walking. Very dangerous on carpeting. I walked fast through an airport, the side bottoms stick out and caught the carpet, I flew forward and damaged my hamstring. Now I won't be walking for a while.

These are the first sneakers that I did not have to break in. They are very comfortable. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because they squeak, not with every step, but enough times to be annoying. They squeak as if I were running on a basketball court when I'm just walking on my hardwood floors. Unfortunately, I wouldn't buy them again because of this.

I ordered this shoe (and am now returning it) because it came in a 2E width. It is hard to believe that New Balance really made this to be a 2E. There is not nearly enough room in the toe box compared to other 2E shoes I have worn. Did Zappos just slap a 2E label on a slimmer shoe and call it 2E? I wonder.
