My 12 year old son loves these shoes! He has had about 3 pairs in a row. They tend to look worn pretty quickly, but that's an active boy at work! (And they last with nearly daily wear for at least 6 months.)

This is the second pair for my son. He loves them. My only complaint is he wears down the toe area very quickly (within a month). But, he is 13 and very active so I suppose it is to be expected.

Sober and clean design. Feather light and extremely comfortable on smooth surfaces. Not recommended for hiking as rough ground will make the walk unpleasant. Fit smaller (1 size less) than what I am used to.

Great shoe -- lightest I have ever bought. Comfortable and good looking. Comes in a broad array of colors... I'm buying a couple more pairs.

Love these shoes, very comfortable and I always get compliments on the color! I normally wear a size 12 in all my shoes but in the Nike Free series I wear a 12.5. Just keep that in mind when you order.

These are the first running shoes I have purchased and am really happy with the product. I saw a few other reviews saying to buy 1/2 a size larger than you would and I definitely agree. I wear a size 10.5 and got an 11 because of the reviews and it fits perfect and was a smart choice to go that 1/2 size bigger. They weigh so light I thought the box was empty when I picked it up. They're perfect for running or just walking during everyday tasks. Incredibly comfortable and look really great in person. I recommend these to anyone.

Without a doubt this is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn - period! Ordering a second pair, need I say more?

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. The first day after buying them, I was running a few miles no problem. They were instantly broken in. Such a night and day difference from my 5 year old running shoes.

These are the best shoes ever and I would recommend these to anyone who needs new shoes, especially kids who are around the age of ten or twelve because they are great everyday shoes and are amazing for running. The heel is very well supported with cushioning and it is nice and snug throughout the shoe. Personally I like bright colors so I chose the neon yellow so I think you should check these out because the are absolutely magnificent and are amazing.

Light, comfortable and airy. Perfectly comfortable with or without socks as my feet don't seem to sweat in these. Good choice for bodybuilding exercises as well as cardio. Highly recommend them but choose a half size larger than what you'd normally wear.

I've been wearing these for 9 months. They've held up very well with a lot of miles walked/run and regular workouts. I typically wear 11 in Nikes, and occasionally need 10.5 in some other brands, but had to go up to 11.5 in these.

They are my go to shoe for everything - daily walkers up hills down hills, world travel and standing on my feet long hours. I've worn some version for several years now and I love them. I like the Mens version for the larger toe box even though I wear a Ladies size 10-I go for 9.5 Mens because it feels like a fuzzy pink slipper but looks like a sports car.

To start, I love Nike Frees. The only quarrel I have with them is how tight they are when you first get them. They feel way too small when you first try them on but after wearing them for the first 30 minutes, they break in to more of their listed size. Overall, I like them.

They were comfortable but at first I was not sure if they were after reading the reviews. I wore them for a week and they are like walking with clouds on your feet. I really recommend you to get them but if you have flat feet get a full size larger if your feet are not flat get half a size larger but these shoes are perfect.

Due to the style of the shoe, it is a bit more challenging than most other sneakers to put on; you have to loosen the laces a lot more to get your foot in.

I under pronate when I walk. Always knew it but never knew the shoes I wore made it hard to correct. I bought these because my Egoscue trainer recommended them. It took a little getting used to since I'm used to a more sturdy sole but these are FANTASTIC! They provide great support but I can now feel when I'm walking on the outer parts of my feet and correct it. This has greatly reduced back pain (I have a herniated disc) and has changed my ability to be active. Highly recommend if you're looking for a shoe with soles that flex like the way your feet should walk.

I'm injury prone and have VERY sensitive feet. I've been trying minimalist shoes for running over the past year and these are the best compromise I've found. They encourage a mid-foot strike and yet they have the cushioning to make me feel I'm running on a cloud. Seriously! I'd previously found Nike's to be narrow, but these have a generous forefoot area with no compression. Even my toes feel FREE in them! I'm so glad I tried them on at the Nike store. :) I've asked myself "could this be too good to be true?" and I do wonder about the longevity of the cushioning, but for now I'm happy enough after a month to get another pair or two. I thought at first that the colors were a little too bold for me but I've gotten to liking that about them (mine are light neon blue) and they start a lot of conversations.... I'm seeing them on everyone lately.

Not a true minimalist shoe so if you have been running barefoot for awhile I don't recommend them for long runs. I got them to play basketball and to be an everyday shoe and it was a great choice. Gives me that little extra cushion for jumping. They are super light and don't take much breaking in. I can't attest to the durability but know someone that has had the same pair of Free 2s for years and they are still holding strong.

These shoes fit really nice and are very comfy. I usually wear Converse Jack Purcell leathers because I preferred flat footed shoes but these seem to be great. I plan on using these for everyday use as well as working out shoes. I like the fact that the soles flare out so it keeps you well balanced on your feet. Please keep in mind, if you are coming from any Converse shoes, you will have to get 1 size higher. I wear size 10 Converse and I had to get these in size 11 to fit well. I also love the sale price these guys had it for. We'll continue to buy more in the future.

As other reviewers said, these tend to run small. My son returned a pair that were his size in other shoes and sized up a whole size since he is still growing, but consider going up at least 1/2 size if your size is stable.

Cannot say enough good about their service and staff. I have a 13 year old sprouting son and had to exchange them twice to size up! Both times they shipped the new pair overnight and I returned both pair and all shipping was still free. Normally they will only exchange once but they made an exception. My son loves his shoes and didn't go on about the shoes, their Nikes of course he loves them! :)
