I have been using this as an everyday bag for over a year now, so obviously I find it quite functional. I also do lots of travel and it is great for that. But I would never have bought it in the first place had I known how much damage the humungous patch of Velcro in the front flap would do to my clothing. It catches on everything instantly.

Love this bag! I use it for an everyday bag. It's big enough hold everything I need, medium size wallet, keys, Chapstick, make up powder, etc. It's even big enough that I can carry my iPad mini.

Great little purse. Got this for a vacation where we would be exploring on foot a lot...did not want to take a big leather purse. This bag is perfect for holding a small wallet, my phone and a camera with room for extras like lipgloss and tissue packet! It is very lightweight, has plenty of compartments and I love the fabric and woven strap - really cute! I like it so much, I haven't moved back into my regular purse!

I have several Keen bags, but must admit this one was a disappointment. I was not impressed with the material in person and had concerns about some of my smaller items slipping out of the gap at the top. Even though there is a huge strip of velcro, smaller items (pill case) managed to get out of the gap. Does not work for me!

I have the Keen Brooklyn bag and I really like it. It's been very versatile, but it wasn't quite right for me as a purse. I was really excited to see the Emerson bag because I thought it would be just right. Turns out for me it was a little too small, and I have to send it back, but it is a cute little bag. If only it was an inch or two bigger!

Smaller than I expected...doesn't fit a whole lot inside, certainly not a bottle of water. Otherwise, it seems to be well put together and comfortable to wear.

Love this bag. Good size, lots of pockets for "stuff," and very functional. Highly recommend!
