Super comfortable and well made. Can be worn with anything from skirts to skinny jeans. Snug fit so order 1/2 size up for Orthotics to fit well inside. I have arthritis in one ankle and the double zips make for a painless putting on. Classic styling means you will be able to wear them for years which is important to me at this price.

This shoe is comfortable and has a nice feel to it, but too wide in the ankle area even with socks. Also, the leather in the left shoe is smooth and in the right shoe all wrinkled as if they don't go together. So, I am returning.

Beautifully made shoe, very comfortable if you get the right size. I marked that it is smaller and narrower than marked, because Munroe American styles have tapered toes (unlike, say, Birks), so, with socks, allowances need to be made for that with these shoes. Zappos, as always, is the best!

I have a very difficult time with shoes because of surgery. This cute boot is comfortable, stylish and the M actually fits. I ordered a 9.5 to give me a little room for light socks in the winter. Perfect. I now have the black and the color in this review. I would definitely recommend.

Great, comfy shoes to kick around in. I have the suede, and they go with anything casual. Good ankle support, and a removable insole so I can insert my orthotics. I highly recommend these shoes. Overall, I have found Munro shoes to be top-notch, and I love that they offer the wide sizes, which comfortably accommodate my aging feet and bunions.

I love this boot, my foot is weird. I wear a 9N it was too tight in toe area, like uncomfortably tight. I then ordered 9M; it is too loose on heel. I love the boot but at the price I want it to be perfect, which it is, my foot is not.

I have enjoyed this casual boot. They are comfortable and stylish. Easy on and off with the zippers. I usually wear a 9N but take a 9.5N in Munro.

I have had some boots with snazzier soles (and these remind me of snow boot soles), but these are definite keepers. I have worn these for one day that I spent much on my feet, and I am very happy. They do not support my feet like a laced-up hiking shoe (which is what I had been wearing), but these were gentle on my tender ankle and had a fairly comfortable (flexible, somewhat supportive) sole. The width felt wider than marked, but I had thin cotton socks on. And the width was welcome, anyway.

These shoes are very comfortable; in fact, they feel almost like bedroom slippers. They're very easy to get on and off but don't give much support around the ankles. The sizing seems true to size. I bought a half size larger than I generally wear since I like to wear them with heavier socks for winter. The suede scuffs but I assume it won't be hard to clean. They are pricey! I almost sent them back for this reason alone. I have had good luck with Munro so decided to spend the money.

Love the style of these boots and ease of getting into them. They are too tight for me, so I've returned and reordered a 7.5W. I haven't worn the Munro brand before, but walk and travel a lot, so hope the W works out. Thanks to Zappos for being so patient with my purchases and exchanges. And my poor UPS man.

Wow, for this much money I expected better. The boot was a little tight in the toes, but too wide in the ankle area, and they dig in at the ankle. I wish they fit better, because the greige color is gorgeous.

These boots look pretty awkward in reality, also leather finish had imperfections on both sides (looked like some light bleach was spilled on them). They are more like rain boots and I can't imagine wearing them to work. Returning.

Very comfortable until you take a step and your heel slips nearly out of the boot. The heel design seems faulty; it does not caress your heel, at all. Too wide in the heel; otherwise, I would have kept it.

I have had 2 pairs of the Munro Drifter boot in a 7.5 M, which is perfect for me, but they discontinued it. The Kenzie looks similar, but the toe box seems flatter and it's too short - my toes bump in front... and it's too wide in back - my heel slips up and down. I'm returning Kenzie, really disappointed. MUNRO: PLEASE BRING BACK THE DRIFTER!

The heel width on the 11 SS is ridiculously wide, very different from Drifter, which fits me. I am returning and very disappointed.

I was hoping these could substitute Munro's Drifter boot, which I love and have worn out. However, these run shorter and are too wide, at least for me,at the ankle. They also have a lower heel height than the Drifter. I'm very disappointed that the Drifter is no longer available in my size

I am disappointed and returning these. Not only are they pricey for what they are, but they are two sizes too small! I ordered a 12 and these are more like a 10!
