This is my second pair and I love them. The style caught my eye, and being Clarks I knew they'd be good. Bought the first pair in another color and had to have this color to add to my wardrobe.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on...right out of the box. I wear a narrow and Clarks is now making lots of stylish shoes and boots in narrow. I hope they start making a narrow foot and narrow shaft riding boot for next year. Thanks Zappos for great prices and service.

Love these shoes. I ordered wides and they were perfect; no initial discomfort whatsoever. They look really classy too. Very happy with this purchase!

Very pleased with this purchase: the shoes are supple and comfortable (and I have chronic achilles tendinopathy so comfort is a must!) A little more chunky than I'd expected from the photo, so wouldn't wear with skirts, but great with jeans & more informal trousers.

I love these shoes. They fit great and are quite stylish. I mostly buy Clarks and they did not let me down.

This is the most fantastic shoe! I have been looking for a winter shoe that is comfortable for long walks, and I have finally found a pair that is perfect. There is plenty of room for my toes, plenty of support, and still room for thick socks. I have a narrow foot, often needing a slim or a quad, but these narrows, worn with thick socks, fit me exactly right. I am thrilled! Finding 9.5 narrow shoes that are really comfortable is so hard! I will have to say, though, that the crinkly leather look is a little odd. From far away, the leather looks crinkly, but when you look at it more closely, you realize that the crinkles are either painted on or stamped into the leather. Also, I have always read about how Zappos ships next-day delivery, but I ordered these on Thursday and got them late on Monday. I am so very happy with the shoes, though!

Love them. They're comfortable for long stretches of wear, sturdy and are what I'd expect a wide width shoe to be. I will purchase more Clarks in the future!

Stylish and very comfortable shoe...my second color in the Kessa Betty! Footbed is great for a sensitive foot! No breaking in needed...toe room is high enough for hammer toes, also. Usually take an 8. In this shoe the 8.5 is perfect so recommend going up a half size.

I ordered the shoes in size 11n and they didn't fit. I returned them and ordered size 10m which are fine. Terrific surface - returned 1 day and received them the next.

These shoes felt great right out of the box. This is unusual for me because I usually have to order 3 or 4 styles before I find one I'm happy with. They felt a little loose at the heel when I tried them on but I didn't notice that when I wore them all day. I wear a 9 wide and ofter have to try a 9ww but do not like to because the heels are always too loose. I've worn these several times, all day at work. I'm on my feet most of the day. They look great with slacks. I also have high arches and have to have at least moderate support. These fit my arch perfect.

It is rare I find a shoe that I like on the spot, thankfully I found this one with instant comfort! I am a Clarks fan from now on.

Clarks brand is usually too wide in the heel and maybe a smidge shorter than the 8 M that fits me in other brands, so I usually go for an 8-1/2 N in Clarks. Clarks Artisan line seems to run a bit narrower and the toe box is roomy so the 8 M worked. The tongue is not attached and the strap is velcro so if you have a high bridge, this shoe can adjust for that. This is going to be a nice warm winter shoe and most of the time will do instead of a boot. Kessa Betty is super comfortable and cute. I got the black leather, which is subtly distressed and not so shiny. Whay's with these shoe manufacturers making the heels so wide? Are other women's feet really proportioned that way? It is such a problem that I can't wear some brands at all.

I have wide feet with a very high arch and high instep. It's very hard for me to find slip-on shoes that fit without cutting into my instep. These shoes are soft, roomy and comfortable, even walking through airport terminals.

These black wrinkled leather shoes arrived yesterday. I have worn them all day. They feel so good that I have just ordered a pair in the burgundy. I wish they came in a navy. The wrinkled leather is a nice change. Because I have a bit of a high arch, have to wear a half inch lift in the left shoe and plan to wear bulky socks I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear in Clarks. I am so glad that I did because the fit is just right. The high instep with the half inch lift make some shoes impossible to put on or close. These work well in spite of the new hip that I received in July. They are good looking shoes for casual wear. I will insert an arch support in them. It seems no manufacturer puts adequate arch support in shoes today.

These are wonderful shoes. I used to like Clarks shoes, and then for the past few years I was troubled by the less-than-ideal quality of the leather and the arch support and the fit. I am happy to report that the Kessa Betty harks back to the Clarks of old. I recommend them highly. I only gave them four stars for style because the silver button is a little tacky. Something a little more artisan would have been nicer. For comfort and overall, however, these shoes are great.

Very comfortable shoe. I like that you can adjust the tightness of the shoe with the Velcro strap. Good arch and I can also put my orthotic in it for extra support and the shoe still fits well.

Wow. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. I was looking for a pair of shoes that could replace what I call my "ugly airport shoes". Mission accomplished!

Very comfortable. I ordered 10W, my normal size, and they fit perfectly. I'm looking for a bit more heel and shoes to make my foot look less wide, so I'll keep looking. Recommended.

This shoe was perfectly comfortable all day the first day I wore it. I have problem feet, so that's very unusual.

Love this shoe. It is a little dressy if you like near flats. They look really good with dress pants or a skirt.

I LOVE these boots!! They're just slightly darker than I was expecting so I'm glad I went with these and not the brown ones because I was looking for a light color. Very comfortable I could wear them all day and even dance in them!

A sturdy and comfortable shoe that seems to run a little large. I have found that to be true with most Clark shoes. I returned the first pair because they were to big. Zappos was absolutely wonderful about the whole process. I will definitely shop at Zappos again because of their wonderful customer service.

Love these shoes. However, I suggest you order a half size larger if you plan to wear socks with them. I ordered an 8, which is half a size larger than I usually wear. It would have worked fine if I wore trouser socks or nylon hose with them. But since I plan on wearing regular cotton socks with them I am sending them back and getting the 8 1/2. I could tell that they were comfortable right out of the box. Love the velcro that allows you to slip the shoe on and off easily.

I have a 15-20 minute walk to the train station from my house for my daily commute, so I need comfortable shoes that will get me there and through the day. The very first day I wore these, they rubbed a little bit on my pinky toes and I ended up with small blisters but after giving them a day off, they have been great for the walk. They are nice looking, comfortable, and surprisingly light-weight. I am glad I got them and would recommend anyone considering them to give them a try.
