Love the color of these shoes. They're also fairly comfortable. I never wear heels and I think I could tolerate these for a few hours. As far as size goes, I wear a 7-7.5 in shoes, but always a 6.5 in Kenneth Cole shoes. I ordered a 6.5 and it fit perfectly.

I usually wear a size 8 and I found these shoes ran true to size. Personally, I just didn't love them enough to keep them. The pair I got had a ridge across the front that stood out too much for me. The color was exactly what I expected (red) based on the picture.

These shoes are great for pear-shaped petite ladies as the toe does not really elongate the foot, but provides good proportion for certain body types. Sadly, it was not flattering for me - the shoe made it look like I had no toes! Weird and stumpy. Overall a very comfortable heel height and nice shoe. The shoe seemed wide in the picture and it felt a tad roomier than average, but I also have somewhat narrow feet. Nice shoe, just not for me.

These shoes are a must have! I was looking for a replacement for my go-to black and camel pumps. My feel are small (size 5) and narrow so I always have a difficult time finding perfect pumps that fit me and are comfy. THESE FIT THE BILL! I got the black ones to try out and already ordered my camel ones. These have cushy soles, the heel is stable yet sexy and I can walk and run in them no problem! I plan to wear them to work, for dates, and definitely more! Completely recommend these to everyone!

These were a pleasant surprise! I ordered a few pairs of shoes and I actually didn't expect these to be the pair I kept -- but they were. Surprisingly comfortable and the combination of patent upper + chunky wood heel (I got the camel color) makes them not too dressy for work. Cute rounded toe.

I bought these shoes to replace my black pumps. Perfect for work. I wore them for 8 hours straight without feeling any discomfort. The patent seems a little bit tighter than the plain leather versions, but overall a great fit. I have since bought these shoes in 3 different colors.

I ordered 4 pairs for comparison. My usual size is 6.5 but these Kenneth Coles felt big. Also not much padding on the sole so, even though this are a cute shoes, I returned them. I kept the Frye heels which look similar and cost lots more because they are much more comfortable.

I am a military officer and after 8 years of wearing the uncomfortable cheap shiny shoes from the uniform store I decided to invest in something that didn't kill my feet. I ordered 11 pair of conservative black patent heels from Zappos and Nordstrom, turning my living room into my own shoe fitting room. Pros for the Kenneth Cole Tears Go By: there is great rubber traction on both the ball of the foot and the heel, which makes it a whole lot easier to not slip and slide on smooth surfaces. For the price, these shoes look cute. I was surprised by the nubby texture in the patent. I don't think it would work for military uniform purposes, but if I was looking for a pair of patent heels for civilian reasons that would be a plus. I was surprised that these were synthetic (apparently I didn't read the item information well enough). Cons: I wish the top covered a bit more of the toes. There was no "toe cleavage" (hehehe) but I felt it made the pump look a little more faddish and less classic (I guess that could be a pro depending on what you're looking for). The size 8s were a little tight but stayed on when I walked and I think they would have stretched; the size 8.5s fell off with every step. These are going back.

The shoes are very comfortable but I am not sure whether I like the look of them yet or not. The toe is very rounded and I'm not sure if it makes me look frumpy or just conservative. I can see wearing these at the office with narrow leg pants but probably not skirts...would look too matronly. But the quality and comfort is great and the heel is a perfect mid height and not a narrow heel, which is great for comfort. I guess I will probably keep them for comfort sake and as my "pants" shoes. Delivery and customer service of Zappos was exceptional though as always.

"Tears Go By?"....wore these shoes once for about seven hours and they nearly brought me to tears. Seemed to fit very well initially, even bought inserts for the heels to make sure my heels wouldn't slide out as I stretched them out but my feet (toes especially!) became more and more painful as the day went on. If I hadn't thrown out the box and invoice I would try to return them. Still looking for a good-looking, functinoal black pump.
