These are very cute but the heal strap is not comfortable. The right sandal strap was much lower than the left sandal and did not sit properly. I ordered a second pair and they were mismatched as well. As much as I loved the style, I had to return them both.

This style Naot runs narrow, as the listing says, and that is good for me because my foot is a 9N. Unfortunately I got these in a 40 and my toes hang over. They are stiffer than other Naots I have purchased and this pair has a strong smell that I haven't noticed with other cork Naots, but maybe my memory is playing tricks on me. The other Naots I've purchased over the last several years don't have cork. Anyway, I'm returning these.

I really like the way these look on, love the color as it makes my legs look longer since they nearly match my skin. That's what I was looking for. However this style fits strangely, I had to take them to a shoe repair and have an entire inch taken out of the ankle strap, and they are still not tight enough. I always buy 38's in Naot and I bought the correct size. They loosened up by using "shoe stretch" spray the first few wearings, with a coat of bandaid blister block under that. No blisters. But the back strap sits lower on the foot than other similar styles, and the silver piece on the back strap turns sideways making the strap even longer. I wish they'd make more styles in this color and maybe refine the fit of this particular shoe. I have a new pair of Kayla's that are also going to have to have some length taken out of the back strap. Is something new going on here? Hmm. That said I'm still wearing these but they feel like they're going to slip off.

I love these shoes but the cross straps do not supply any support making the back strap rub on the heel.

The back strap slips. It seems like it is not high enough on my heels. Had to add/stick a cushion on the back strap to help. It still slips. If it was designed just a little different, it would've been a great sandal.

These shoes are super cute and I used to love Naot, but these just don't fit right. They seemed to be cut small and the bed of my foot isn't where is should be. I've have issues with they way Naot fits in the past and I think I've given up on the brand.

I am a recent Naot fan, having purchased Naot-Kayla in March and wore them all summer long. I wanted another pair to go on a trip, and ordered Bernice. Some styles of Naots run narrow, and Bernice is one of them. They are not sold as narrows, but should be. I typically wear an medium 8 1/2 and the broad part of my foot was squeezed by the straps. Too bad, they had to go back. I ordered Kayla in bronze and am very happy with those!

I love Naot shoes. I expected the same of this pair. Unfortunately, these are terribly uncomfortable. I would return them but I wore them outside once. Like I said, love Naot, but not (NOT) this style.

Weird strap length ruins this sandal. Alas, I will be returning these sandals. The cross strap style is flattering, but as someone else noted, there is a weird extra 1/2 inch of length in one of the long cross straps, which leaves it flopping around in the wind, and diminishes how secure your foot feels in the shoe. I tried tightening the Velcro on the back of the ankle, but that just pushes your foot too far forward and out of the natural platform for your arch. Somebody nailed it above: It's like they added that 1/2 inch of elastic, but forgot to cut the leather strap that is sewn to it. A rare Naot miss.

Naot sandals are an increasing disappointment. These were so flimsy I had to return them after just a few wearings. The thin and insubstantial quality of the leather caused a defect that made them unwearable. I wish I could say it's only true of the one pair, but in fact of the last four pairs I've bought, only one is made of good quality materials. Zappos was most accommodating but when I wrote to Naot explaining the problem, no answer. Sadly, I will have to move on to another brand, even thought many Naot sandals are a perfect fit for my narrow foot. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality but that's not what they offer any longer.

Shoes looked and felt great. However the strap was too loose, even though it fit right otherwise, not too long or short. So I pulled the strap enough to keep it tight. I ran out of velcro to attach it to. Then it broke the first day I tried to walk on it.

Not the typical comfortable out of the box fit of Naot. The frnt of the shoe a little narrow, plus the strap at the heel moves up and down so returning.
