Heel height is great; not too high. Comfort is fairly good; I have other heels that are more comfortable than this pair, but these are not unbearable. Beware that they scuff remarkably easy. The first step I took I accidentally brushed my feet together and a small area scraped the outer material right off. Boo!

I was impressed with the 5-star ratings these shoes received, so I was excited to try them on. I ordered 11M in the navy croc. They were beautiful but WAY too narrow. I don't understand how I can be the only one with this problem; 11M is my usual size but there's no way I could wear these longer than 5 minutes. Sad to return them--there's no wide width or larger size.

Could just get it on but that was it. If you're between a regular and a wide or between sizes, order up. Very cute shoe though. Looks just like the picture.

These shoes are super cute (I ordered the black) and I wanted them to fit, but that was not their fate. My left foot is a half size bigger than my right, which means I generally need a 10.5 to be comfortable. I tried these on in the evening and I thought they might be ok. I tried them on in the morning and the pain was unbearable. I've ordered 10.5 from Bandolino in the past and haven't had issues, but these were too small, even in my size. They were snug, but my toes hit the front. I had to send them back.

These seem to run small. I wear an 8.5 in everything and these were too tight everywhere. Also the curve hits right on the top of the knot on the side of your big toe, rubbing badly. Sending back.

Looking for a stylish navy pump, but this isn't it. Looks cheap and pinches.

The fit was off. I am consistently an 8M. I had to return the size 8 because my heel slipped out the back. When I received the 7.5, the toe area was way too narrow. Zappos was great first processing the exchange and then the return.

I was really excited to get these shoes because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately they did not fit me. I ordered my usual 8 1/2 and while the length felt good, the toe box was tight for me. I can handle if a shoe is a little snug because normally they will give, but these shoes were going to be for work and they did not feel like they would give at all. I was disappointed because I really loved the shoe and was ready to order it in all of the colors! Oh well, moving on to the next find. As always, Zappos customer service was awesome!

I have worn these pumps a grand total of three times and they are already falling apart. The shoes were not that comfortable to begin with. The topline always cut into my feet and left them sore and red even though all I did was normal walking/standing while wearing them, and the padding in the footbed is nonexistent. Areas around the stitching have chipped off exposing the white underneath, and for the first time in my life, the glue came undone from the material wrapped around the heels and completely peeled away. It looks like a piece of glossy construction paper someone just glued onto the heel. I am extremely careful with all my shoes. I do not even wear them in the rain! There is no way I can ever wear these again, and at this price they are not worth getting repaired. I will never again waste money on a synthetic shoe, or anything from Bandolino for that matter. You truly get what you pay for.

Didn't work for me. Patent leather rather stiff and uncomfortable. Toes right up against edge of front. Higher heel than I realized.
