This shoe is very strange on the foot. The first step I took, it felt like I would tip over. The front has a strange curve to it, like most sandals, but this one must be too rigid or something. I'm a 5'-2" tall petite woman, so it wasn't a weight/balance issue. The three lower straps are also a bit tight and narrow, while the fatter upper strap was way too loose. The tight lower straps also make the styling look a bit strange. I have a very small narrow foot, and my toes felt squished in these. Only by these if you want to fall over with smashed toes!
