These are a really cute shoe. I went a half size up but within a half hour of walking I had the worse blisters ever.. I had to wear them with a Bandaid in the back. I really want to keep wearing these shoes so hopefully I can break them in more.

Very cute shoe, but runs very small. I wear a small size 5, and this shoe was so small it was painful. It also pinched in the heel, which might have been because it was too small.

What a gorgeous shoe! But after a while, my heel hurt, and my whole foot pushed forward due to the elastic at the heel. They hurt my Morton's neuroma foot after awhile. If I had normal feet, I would order a MUCH larger size. I usually wear 8 or 8.5, I would get a 9 in this shoe.

I really wanted to love these but they are so uncomfortable on the Achille's tendon and they dig in very badly. I wear duct tape and I only wear them when I know I don't have to walk very much. Total bummer! I also had to order them a whole size bigger.

Very cute shoe, but not comfortable at all. The back of the shoe cut into my heel and the shoe makes a noise every time I walk (the metal that hangs from the bow in the back of the shoe hits the shoe every time you walk and makes a noise). Great looking shoe, just not comfortable.

I was hoping I could wear the shoes right away, but I was sadly mistaken. I will have to wear them around the house for a while before I can venture out in them.

I am extremely disappointed in these shoes. After only two wearings, the leather on the right and left toes is scraping off, showing extreme signs of wear. Seriously, it looks like I took the shoes and dragged them along concrete or something. (And of course, I did nothing like that.) It is really too bad, because the shoe is cute and comfy. But these are in no way fitting of the Cole Haan name. I have had many Cole Haan shoes over the years and these wear like I got them from Target or something.

I have worn them 5 times and the silver is coming off at the toe. Very disappointed. Nice fit and cute, just not worth the price. Poor quality Cole Haan. First time I have been disappointed with a shoe from Zappos.

These shoes trick you! I put them on, and they feel like air pillows hugging my feet. However they run narrow, and my foot spread them out. Then I went out, and after one hour I had three blisters: two on the back of my heels and one on the front of my foot. I love Cole Haan Nike air shoes. That is all I wear. These are adorable, and if you wear a larger size like me they'll seem to fit, but then you pay for it in pain and are stuck with a pair of shoes you wore and cannot send back!

These shoes are very ill-fitting and seem to be poorly designed. They are cute to look at but are not comfortable at all. Too bad. I would have returned them had I not worn them. I tried a foot petal to prevent my foot from sliding forward and they made the fit too tight. The heel is very loose and sticks out. I may try an adhesive arch support to see if the fit improves otherwise it is off to Goodwill they go.

I love these shoes! I am going to order them in other colors. I have always had trouble finding a flat that fits well, as I have a narrow foot. The fit is perfect for me. The more I wear them, the better they feel. I ordered a half size larger than my normal size.

Very comfortable. I normally wear size 6.5 for all of my shoes but I got 7W as 6.5W was a bit snug. 7W was comfortable but bit wide, so recommend getting 7M if you are like me.

These are very comfortable shoes! The lace up detail in the back is nice as well. The only bad thing about them is that the leather scratches easily.

Great shoe! So worth it! I bought these to wear as a bridesmaid for my now sister-in-law's wedding! They were super comfortable the entire night and I now wear them with jeans, dresses, skinny jeans, skirts...everything! They run a bit smaller than the typical size but the leather is super soft and stretches where they aren't uncomfortable. I highly recommend these! Plus they look freak'n awesome, especially with the ties in the back!

I love these shoes so much that I ordered four pairs in black for now and the future. They are well built and extremely comfortable from day one. They are expensive, but what a great pair of shoes to travel, go out, go to work or go shopping. They go with everything and flatter the silhouette.

As others have suggested, I ordered a half size larger than what I normally wear - and they fit perfectly! These are the most comfortable non-sneaker shoes I have ever worn. As a shlubby graduate student, the only thing that ever graces my feet are my comfy, easy Chucks - so my feet are REALLY not used to anything less confortable than a sneaker and even regular flats leave me in all sorts of pain. These shoes are so comfortable I think they are beating my sneakers and despite the expense, when I can, I will buy another pair in this and the other style of Cole Haan Airs. Amazing. Most comfortable shoe ever. Like a cloud!

Other reviewers recommended sizing up by a half size, I agree with that. These were comfy from the get-go. I don't usually wear closed-heel and closed-toe shoes without some sort of sock or stocking, but I put these on my bare feet and had no problem whatsoever the first time I put them on. They're now my go-to black flat!

I love these shoes. What the other reviewers have said is true. They do run very small and you will need a full size larger than what you normally wear. Getting that size larger will make them fit perfectly. They are so comfortable, I have low tolerance for shoes that are not very comfortable but these are great, they did not even really need any breaking in. They are very cute, too.

Worth every penny. I had ordered these in the black patent but returned them because the accents on the shoe were suede and not as suitable for spring as I had hoped. I got the black nappa instead and couldn't be happier - surprisingly comfortable for a flat and my go-to shoe for spring when I have to wear something other than flip-flops.

Beautiful, well-made shoes worth the money. Took a few days to break them in but now they are my faves. I got the black nubuck, goes with absolutely everything.

The front is plain, but the back tie up adds a cute detail. They are pretty comfortable, but after standing for a few hours my feet did not hurt but there was a slight ache due to the lack of arch support. Really, this is an issue with most shoes, so I love these! They run very true to size.

I love this shoe! This is my third pair and like the others they are perfect out of the box. I do order 1/2 size larger. The detail in the back makes them special and I get compliments each time I wear them. The cut of the shoe gives them a very feminine appearance. I hope this shoe continues to be offered in new colors.

Love these shoes could not believe these could be his comfortable. But they were a 1/2 size smaller then I usually wear. shipped 1st pair back 8 1/2. 9 is perfect!

These are very comfortable shoes. I ordered them in 2 colors and wear both of them a lot. They do tend to cut slightly on the back of the heel, but that is easily remedied with a band-aid. I would say they run a tad small. I usually wear a 9 1/2, and the 10 in these fits best.

I wanted to keep these so badly and sacrifice my toes, as I really liked the style and the foot-bed. However, I probably could've used an 11 1/2, and sadly, they stop at size 11. I also have narrow feet, and the half-size too small was somewhat promising that the shoe might have been a good fit.
