We bought a pair of these shoes in November in less than a month of use the fabric split. Zappos was great about sending us a new pair almost exactly a month after receiving the second pair they split again. The shoes were comfortable but did not hold up to any activity.

These shoes have no support and they feel like you are standing on concrete. Would not recommend even though they are a great looking shoe.

Have owned several 574 varieties. This one feels a full size too small and narrow. I loved the narrow heel and wide forefoot of my older 574s. Obvious lazy work on stitching on the interior of the shoes. I always counted on new Balance for the quality and retro style. I no longer can

I've had these for not even 2 months and they're already falling apart from light daily use. The sole is separating from the rest of he shoe and the "N" is starting to peel off. I've normally had great success both with Zappos and NB shoes, but for $80 these were a total waste.

These run narrow and a half size too small. they also come with mismatched widths...returning these after the 2nd pair had one shoe that fit ok width-wise and one that was too tight width-wise.

These were extremely narrow even when ordering the 2E, which was the widest available. I was disappointed in the fit as well. Had to return the two pairs I bought, truly disappointing as I really like the style.

I loved these shoes, but they're already falling apart. One of the seams is busted after less than two months, and I don't even wear them every day.

I ordered the size I normally wear, in a 2EE since I have wider feet. The left shoe felt a bit tight when I put it on, as though it was a narrow or normal shoe. I stood up and moved a bit, and adjusted the laces; still too narrow feeling. The right shoe was next, and it was so tight that I got it on for about a half second and immediately took it off. I felt like it was a size too small length wise, and too narrow as well. A significant disappointment for someone who has found New Balance to fit well in the past.

This isn't an EE-width shoe by any stretch. I just bought a pair of Brooks Dyad 7s and they're truly EE. Same with all of the New Balance shoes I've bought in the past -- they were truly EE. These shoes feel more like a D-width. I'm bummed as the shoes look great. Back they go.
I'd also recommend:

I never received these shoes and contacting Zappos to figure out how to get them is confusing. It's my first time ordering shoes, and I wonder if the box was marked Zappos all over it.

Bought this shoe for my son and had to return it, twice! Loved the style and look of the shoe but unfortunately the medium width for an 11.5 shoe was too narrow. Very uncomfortable. Exchanged it for the next available width option, "EE" and it was still too narrow. The length of the shoe felt off as well. The toe was a bit snug and the heel was a bit lose. Somewhere in between being half a size smaller and being true to size. Adjusting laces still didn't solve the issue. Style and arch support were good but again, this shoe is built for narrow feet if anything! Perhaps defective?
