Adorable, comfortable, etc. Just a bit too high which made my feet slide down into the shoes thus pinching my toes a bit, so I'm not keeping them.

The boots are very nice. I liked when you ordered a WW width - that's what you got...that said, however, my calves looked odd in the boots. The slouch effect was unattractive on extra large calves - I thought.

Fits my 18" calves, there very narrow in the toe area, I couldn't walk in these for a long time, beautiful jet black suede these look classy and sexy. Comfort is a must, and I am not one for walking silly for cute shoe/boots: they'll be return. Purchased size 9.5, I have high arches and wide feet, going up may fit my feet better: with Zappos, it's worth a try. I love Zappos!

I had to return this product. The calf portion of this boot was entirely too big. I am not a small woman (between an 18-20) but this was enormous!

I have very wide calves and have been searching for stylish boots for years. I ordered 3 different pairs from Zappos based on other reviews and the measurements. These (and one other pair) turned out to be perfect! I love them, they are comfortable even with jeans inside the boot...and they look great!

Great shoe, elegant and high quality but the extra wide was too wide for me. Had to send it back but ordered the wide.

Great shoe, just need to break in a little before expect to wear it out the whole day. Fits true to size, but for a shorter boot it barely reaches up to my calf, so the extra wide was unnecessary. Such may not be the case for others, but still an excellent fit and style.

I love these boots. They are cute and very comfortable. They didn't need to be worn-in to feel great. They look really nice tucked into jeans or w/ a more dressy skirt-very versatile. I especially loved that they fit my calf--I don't have twig legs so I appreciate the room to be able to tuck in jeans w/o feeling like the circulation in my legs was cut off. Great pair of boots!

These boots are gorgeous in person! The styling is classic, yet contemporary. I find it hard to zip up many boots, but the height of this boot and the "slouchy" cut leaves plenty of room for my calf and pants. I did experience some discomfort on the balls of my feet the first time I wore these boots, and I thought "oh no!" - but it got better. I think the leather stretched just enough to give my feet a bit more room. I'd suggest that you wear the boots for short periods of time, around the house, to break them in, if you encounter discomfort.

I absolutely love these boots. They are my second try for wide calf boots that work for me and not only was Zappos so great about helping me with the return and issues with my password and account, but they also got these new boots to me in under 8 hours from the time I ordered them. These boots fit my 18 inch calves with plenty of room to spare and they look adorable. They are slouchy in just the right way, the picture doesn't do them justice. Amazing buy!

I love this boot! The quality of the leather is fantastic and the color is a deep brown. Finally I have a boot that fits around my calves and which I can where jeans with. I've placed shoe inserts to make the boot more comfortable.

These are not worth the price. After reading the reviews, I was convinced these were the only boots I need. They're flimsy leather, and have wide calves. Don't buy them if your calves are thin. They were swimming on me. They're comfortable if you're sitting down. Don't try walking if you have more than two blocks to walk. I thought I would be crippled. Don't believe the reviews. They are not worth the price. Go to a discount store for the same thing for a lot less. Really!

I bought these for my wife with the hope that she could fit these boots since she has very wide calves and ankles. These boots were perfect! They fit her very well and the comfort lasts her all day. She has not been able to wear boots for the past few years because they could never fit around her calves. Zip boots are pretty much not an option and most wide and extra-wide boots from other brands aren't wide enough. These boots fit the bill and looked great as well. She loves them! My wife is a size 8 and we listened to the other reviews and ordered a size 9.

Perfect! These are the perfect fit for my wide feet and legs. I usually wear a 9, but ordered the larger size as I would be wearing socks with them. They were "broken in" the first second I wore them. I wish they came in a different color!

Phenomenal boot! This has become my new favorite shoe. So comfortable, so attractive! I wear it many times per week, usually with leggings. I have pretty wide calves and it fits like a dream! The toe was a little snug at first, but after wearing them for about a week, they're perfect.

I love these boots because they're surprisingly stylish and they actually fit my calves! I have big calves 16.5" and got the 7 WW and these boots had at least an inch of room after tucking in skinny jeans, so maybe I'll try 7W for my next pair. The leather is unbelievably soft. Very good quality and style for the price, so I will definitely buy Fitzwell again.

I just received this boot in the 9WW suede. It is simply fabulous! I'm also ordering it in the black smooth leather since the Aerosoles wide-calf boot that I ordered from DSW is not wide enough for my left calf. I am 68 years old, short, and overweight, but I still like to dress fashionably. The only tall boots that I have ever found to fit in the past have been basic black or dark brown with very low heels. The heel is a good height as is the boot shaft on my short legs. The extra wide shaft is generous enough that I can even tuck in a narrow leg pant or jeans if I choose to. I am so thankful that I "googled" and found this boot!

Brands I'd also recommend: Baretraps (Randee style boot), though not as high a quality boot

Haven't had a chance to wear them...but tried them on and they felt great. Glad I went 1/2 size bigger but the same width since I have trouble with my big calves and wide feet.
