I really appreciate the service provided by Zappos. The first pair of slippers did not fit quite right so I returned them for another size and the process could not have been any easier.

I’ve purchased Ugg men’s slippers from Zappos before and was extremely pleased with the service and the quality so I had no concerns purchasing these slippers. They arrived immediately and look great, very warm. The only thing I wish is that I’d purchased a size larger (Ugg doesn’t do half sizes in men’s slippers) because these run a little more narrow than I would prefer. I don’t have wide feet, but this style feels a little too snug. I’ve purchased other Ugg slipper styles before and haven’t had the same issue so I’d say this might be unique to this style only. The issue is not enough for me to return them and get a larger size, but if I knew ahead of time, I would definitely have gotten one size larger. That’s the only reason I’m giving these a 4 on "Comfort" - overall great slipper, looks very nice, high quality, just a little too snug, get one size larger and you’ll love them!

Great slippers. At first they felt tight, I thought about returning them for a larger size, but after a day or two they fit snugly and perfectly.

My husband bought me the UGG Dakotas for Christmas (my request!) They were snug in width which I knew even in time would not become comfortable. Since I buy men's tennis shoes to obtain a wider width, I thought why not try a men's slipper? I exchanged the size 8 women's Dakota for the Ascot in a men's size 7, and they were sheer comfort right out of the box! By the way, I used the UGG sizing chart on the product page, not Zappos sizing chart, which is quite different. I love my Ascots, wear them inside and outdoors and driving, and would highly recommend them. Really like that the tongue is a little higher than tie moccasins so my heel does not lift out when walking. Bottom line advice to women who need a wider width...buy a men's size! They are just perfect. Also must add that Zappos couldn't have provided better service. I called on New Year's Day and was surprised not only to reach a representative but also to receive exceptionally cheerful, helpful assistance. New slippers arrived overnight, even before I returned, at no charge, the original slippers. Zappos is great, my UGG's are great...couldn't ask for better.

Warm, comfortable slipper - runs small though, we bought the size 11 for my husband who normally wears an 11 - 11 1/2 and it was very tight; we exchanged for a 12 which fit. Pricey, but you get that Ugg comfort and quality. He likes them!

When I ordered these Uggs for my husband, it was a Christmas present so I really couldn't ask him any questions. He normally wears a size 10, so that is what I ordered. The order came in quickly. However, when he tried them on Christmas day, they were too small. I contacted Zappos and they were out of size 11, however a shipment was coming in soon and they would contact me (via email was my choice). I received an email a few days later, called back in to exchange. Zappos helped me print the return label and I returned the size 10 pair the next day. I also received my size 11 the next day since I was a VIP customer. The sales transactions were handled correctly when viewing my charge statement and the size 11 fit. I was extremely please with Zappos and will go to them with and needs for shoes.

Got these as a Christmas gift for my husband. He wears a size 10, but needed an 11 in this slipper. They're great for indoor/light outdoor use as they have a rubber sole. My hubby loves them and says they're so warm, sometimes he takes them off for a few minutes to cool down. They seem very well-made so hopefully they'll last a long time as well.

Received a pair of these slippers over 4 years ago for Christmas. Recently replaced insoles and they are still like new. Great for around the house but equally as good for kicking it to the grocery store or late night visit to get diapers. Recently bought a pair for my father as Christmas present. He is one who is very specific about the the type of slippers he will wear. He loves them as well. Great, simply a great product and worth the price!

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas. I have the woman’s version and he was always commenting about how he wanted a similar pair. He wanted a slipper that had a hard sole so he could wear them to take the dog out or to run a quick errand, and the Ascot is perfect. He generally wears a size 11.5 shoe, so based on previous reviews, I ordered the 11 because Uggs only come in full sizes. The 11 was a bit too tight, but we exchanged them for the 12 and they fit perfectly. The size 11 was much darker than the picture illustrated, and was almost a chocolate brown but the size 12 was a closer match to the chestnut color illustrated. Zappos was great with the return process and we received the new size the next day.

I purchased these slippers as a Christmas gift for my son. He tried them on and began purring. He said they are so comfortable and fit perfectly. He wears them to go to the mailbox and even out on the lawn. They are beautiful and well made.

These slippers are amazing. From the non-slip sole to the warm sheepskin lining, they are wonderful to wear. They run true to size for me, feel great immediately from the box. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs a moccasin-type slipper for warm feet through the winter. I even wear them to go through snow to bring in wood. I will never be without a pair of them.

I bought the Ascot slippers for my mom, dad, and myself for Christmas. We all LOVE them. True to size. We all have narrow feet though, so you may find that you need a larger size than normal.

My husband adores these Ugg slippers. They are very warm. I originally ordered his normal shoe size but had to exchange for one size larger.

I bought these for my husband, who very particular about everything. He loves them. They are very well made, soft and sturdy at the same time. They are super cozy and warm.

These slippers are amazing. The sturdy sole and the cozy inside are the perfect complement. Also, they're nice enough in style and appearance that I can wear them when we have company over, and they look almost like regular shoes. My only complaint is that the description of their being "true to size" didn't seem accurate. I originally got the 9 (I usually wear a 9 or 9.5), but it was way too small. I returned them and got the 10 and it fits perfectly. Also, as usual, Zappos was great about the exchange, even sending the new ones before I shipped the return.

I bought the Ugg Ascot for my boyfriend for Christmas, and he loves them. We had a difficult time finding warm slippers to wear around the house that would go up to a size 15 for him, but Uggs were the only ones that carried his size and didn't look like giant clown shoes. The shoes feel a little snug because of the lining, and he would recommend going up a 1/2 a size for extra wiggle room. Overall, the quality, the style, and the functionality all met our expectations. As a side note, the ordering process from Zappos was seamless! The free shipment that Zappos offers was a plus, but I was pleasantly surprised by an a free upgraded expedited shipping!

I bought these slippers for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves them. Especially with the chillier weather, these shoes are permanently attached to his feet. They are very warm and stretch/mold slightly to fit your feet.

I am not a "slipper wearer" and I can't take these off! I even wore them out as "real shoes" careful not to show the comfy, furry lining and giving up the secret they were my new holiday slippers! Great quality and comfortable. I can't believe I wore "box store" slippers for so many years.
