Customer Reviews Salt Water Sandal by Hoy Shoes Sun-San - Sharks (Toddler/Little Kid)

I had bought those for my grandson because they seemed well built and comfortable for little feet in the summer, and the reviews were great! However, he has wider feet and had a hard time getting his feet (more so for the right one) in the shoe, so he didn't feel comfortable in them. I think it could have worked after wearing them a few times, but I didn't want to risk it since he was in a hurry to take them off. So I sent them back ;-).

At first I thought these sandal's were great, until it became so hard to put the shoes on my toddler and that they gave her awful blisters. Stopped using them. Such a waste of money.

We had to send these sandals back. First of all, the leather is very tough. So tough it squeaks. It is almost belt like quality. Second, they run very narrow. we couldn't even put them on and my son has very average feet plumpness wise. I was very disappointed with this pair. We got a See Kai Run instead, a very similar looking model, and couldn't be happier. The quality difference is night and day!

I've been looking for sandals for my 15mo old son for the last 3 months! When I say these I fell in love! PRO: They are super cute Made of leather (so my son's feet don't get smelly, BIG PRO!!) Very comfy sole I like that it has a real buckle Con The top part where the strap goes through (there is a little point sticking out) game my son a nasty soar. I tried putting band-aids, and I figures that the more he used them the softer the would get, but this did not happen, after a couple of days, as soon as he saw me coming with the sandals he ran away and refused to put them on. This makes me Oh so sad since they are just adorable.

These are not soft at all! I would not be comfortable wearing something like this, let alone a small child who has more sensitive skin. The bottom of the shoe does not bend at all. It's very stiff. And if your kid has high arches these will not fit. They do look really cute but I imagine not a lot of kids are comfortable in them.

These were so cute but had to return them. My son's foot would not fit in them because they were too small across the top of his foot. We have never had this problem before with shoes.
