Customer Reviews ECCO Comfort System Insole (Fiber)

Poor product - I have owned several pairs of Ecco shoes and have been happy with how comfortable they feel. Since I do quite a bit of walking, I decided to replace the insoles with this pair from Ecco. They provide little cushioning and no support at all. I am very disappointed, especially considering the premium price that is charged. You would be better off replacing the insoles with something off the shelf like Dr. Scholl's.

The dye in the leather insole bled on my white socks. Also, I thought for that much money, the insole should have been of better quality. It's difficult to evaluate the insole without first using it. After you have used it, you can't return it. I ended up putting the original insoles back in. Overall, I like this company and will continue to do business with Zappos.
