This sandal is great for anything. I usually wear these instead of tennis shoes for long walks and the tread mill. Just ordered my third pair.

This is a firmer sandal than my other, similar Merrel Sandals. The back Velcro rubs against your skin if it's not exactly right. The trick is to attach it slightly below the top strap so it doesn't rub.
