Love the look of this sandal but must return it. Heel strap falls of my foot even with tightest position of strap. Very wide in heel but so cute.

Finally, Merrell made a sandal almost like my favorite Savannah which has been discontinued. Styling and comfort very close. Back strap should be a little tighter. (Didn't have that problem with the Savannah). Just pulled it a little past the velcro edge and it worked.

These sandals are amazing! I even went back and bought the other color. They give so much support. Way superior to other sandals. The strap around the back has a velcro closure, so it is easy to get on and off. I am a true size 8, and I can slip them on/off without even opening the strap. I love them! Too cold to wear outside right now, but I wear them around the house for the support. Highly recommend these sandals!

This is a revamp model of the Savannah. I bought 5or 6 years ago. I wore them out! They were so comfy! Now they're back, updated with some added touches that make them even better. So pretty on the foot yet so very comfy! Love, love, love them!

I bought these sandals several years ago in brown leather and the style was called Savannah. Had I known they would be discontinued, I would have bought another pair because I wear them the whole summer. Every year I looked in vain for another pair. Imagine my surprise to find this new and prettier version at Zappos. They are the same as the Savannah and fit my feet well as I have bunions. Thanks Zappos, my new shoe store.

I was looking for something to replace my old favorite Savannah's so I tried these. These are well made, true to size, very supportive, nice looking. But, that decorative braid can rub and cause chafing on the top of the foot, it is not needed (or designed better). One star off for that. Another minus is for the design of the sole, stay on the sidewalk because if you walk thru any kind of earth/soil/mud the sole will completely fill with debris. I walked thru my garden and had to put the sandals in the wash sink to clean them.

These are really comfy, in the typical Merrell way. My only complaint is that they didn't look quite as cute on as they do in the picture, but I'll be wearing them all summer nonetheless.

These fit on the small side for length, toes hang out, but kind of wide elsewhere so foot slips. Can't pull velcro slip through the small loop to tighten enough because velcro is wider than loop. Appear to be sized differently than other Merrells like the original Savannah that this shoe is modeled after. I miss my Savannahs! These are bit more rounded in the front but have a nice sole. Hopefully next size won't be way too wide. Going to try again. Looks like they may have addressed the issue with shoe decaying after being wet all summer.

I live at the beach and rarely wear anything but flip flops - but I am now needing something with a back strap and these are a perfect combination of flip flop and sandal.

These were comfortable, but not perfect. The straps were a bit loose, especially around the heel. And they looked like comfort sandals, which is not my personal preference.

So sad....didn't fit like my old Savannah's! As others have stated, too loose in the back strap. The band that wraps around the inner arch and inner heel is too loose therefore no support and heel has too much wiggle room. Super cute sandal, wish they would fix this problem. I was prepared to order all 3 colors! Will try another Merrell style, but this was the cutest one!

Loved the look of the shoe. This is the most uncomfortable Merrell that I have purchased; and I have over a dozen pairs. The angle of the strap is very uncomfortable between the toes. I have worn sandals like this for years so that wasn't the problem. Wish it felt better; they won't be going with me on an upcoming European vacation.

My regular size is 7, but some Merrells vary the size. These were a bit short and the 8 would be too large.

Cute shoe but strap in heel does not have enough velcro adjustment. Too loose unless u want it to pull it tighter and have it stick out at odd angle; but liked the sandal enough that i just ignore the floopy strap in back and wear it as a flip flop sandal.

I recently bought the Savannah style at DSW. I purchased them three weeks ago and I have only had them off for bed. They have been so out of the box comfortable. As it would happen, my hubby and I just visited Savannah and I wore these walking all over the city streets and the cobblestone ones too. Can't believe how comfy they are. Now, I see an updated version, I may have to order them as a back up to the ones I am currently wearing.
