These shoes are great for summer wear. They have good traction and harder soles than soft-soled shoes like Crocs. They are all Teva (like Crocs), which was not exactly what I expected, but will suit my 2 year old just fine. These shoes are cute and cover my daughters toes. They are tough for my daughter to put on by herself. Perhaps another style of Keen with velcro straps would have been better. I'll likely pursue another pair of Keens for my daughter next year.

bought these Smiley Face Sunport keens in a size 5 toddler for my son. In the Canvas keen sandals, he wears a size 6 toddler. They are super adorable. They clean really well, I just soak them in a little bit of soapy water for an hour, and they look good as new. Now for the negative. They are a little hard to put on, I suppose that is because of the material. The pull strap has already broke, and we have only had this for 2 weeks. Even before the strap broke, these sandals always fell off, they were never snug enough. These Sunport sandals run a little small. The last negative, they give my son horrible blisters! Well, it actually rubbed the skin off of his ankles. I love keen sandals, and wished I bought the canvas sandals with the velcro. The reason I didn't buy the canvas is because they look horrible after awhile-perhaps we wear them too much! I bought these at a small child clothing shop by my house and cannot return them, wish I bought them at Nordstroms or REI. Live and learn I guess. I can't recommend these sandals at all. Buy the Keen Newport H2 Sandals instead.

We have owned several pairs of keen sandals. This pair is our least favorite. They are difficult for our toddler to get on her feet compared to the cloth Keens. Even after months of wear she is still getting blisters from these shoes.

I was looking for a good water shoe for the summer for my 2-year-old. My son wore these shoes for 2 seconds before he said "feet hurt". They were difficult to put on and looked painful once we squeezed his feet into the shoe. I returned these and opted for the Pediped Amazon Flex -- more expensive but worth it.
Brands I'd also recommend: Pediped

These looked like they were the perfect watershoes for my 3-year old daughter. However, her feet got blisters after wearing them inside the house for 4 hours.

DO NOT BUY THIS SHOE! I bought these for my 4 yr old son. Within 2 hours, both of his feet had 2 blisters each and he was in tears! Typically, we love Keens (Newports) but these are horrible.
