I ordered four to start and then ordered four more. I love the way they stack and that I can use the broiler to melt the cheese when I make onion soup. These are the best onion soup bowls I've had. Others have ended up at the thrift shop. These are classy enough for formal dinner.

I just can't say how much I love these bowls. They are great for soups, stews and everything in between. The biggest plus is how durable they are. My order came with a broken bowl but customer service took care of it quickly.

I have owned these bowls for years, along with the matching tureen. I love them (along with everything else I have from Emile Henry). Prices here are good, so you can order with confidence.

These bowls are perfect for French onion soup. They are attractive and save space by stacking. The top area is just wide enough to melt the cheese perfectly!
