I couldn't find the right color in a women's shoe, so I went with the smallest size in men's. A product of the '70s -- I love these shoes. Hadn't seen them for many years, but was looking for a comfortable shoe for work. They are a little dorky in a retro way but incredibly comfortable. Turns out the men's size was better for me than the women's which was a little too narrow for my wide foot.

I am a female that wears a 10, when my feet hurt I know I can always take this shoe right out of the box and it feels wonderful. I have been wearing these for over 20 years. When you walk there is nothing like a crape sole.

Zappos had the shoes I wanted in the proper size and delivered them within a week. I didn't need the customer service department this go around, but in the past they have been extremely helpful and gracious.

I bought these shoes for all of my boys - ages 11, 14 and 16, for school. They are great and last a very long time. They fit on the large side, so maybe order a half size down.

Great shoe. Virtually no break in required, good for walking around or not. As others have noted, they do run large (about a full size in my view).

Great pair of shoes. Ordered from Zappos, first pair was scuffed up. Called Zappos they issued a replacement and sent it right away and made sure it was packaged right. Will definitely purchase another pair from them. These shoes go perfect with a nice pair of khakis for work, or a pair of jeans. You can't go wrong. I wear a size 9 in sneakers, but in these size 8.5 is adequate for me.
