Is it possible to be in love with cookware? Well, it happened to me...this piece is one of several I purchased from the All-Clad line through Zappos. The cookware is everything I imagined it would be and then some! One tip - heat the pan up a little bit (to open the pores) then use a little bit of oil and heat well before starting to cook. Nothing will stick. Cleanup is a breeze - if there is a little food residue, clean gently with Bar Keepers Friend and a nylon scrubby. Treat yourself to this cookware that will last a lifetime - you will be so happy! (If you are looking to buy American-made products, be sure to check product details - some of the less expensive lines of All-Clad are made in China.)
