Been buying these boots yearly since 2016. Both myself and coworker have had BAD heel pain lately, so I compared our new boots to old pair and found the new insoles have little to no arch support. VERY disappointed Timberland

Left shoe was very painful. After an hour I had to take them off and my toes still hurt a day later. It was the right size, but there was a defect or something odd with the left boot, on the inside edge near the toes. I exchanged it within the 30 day comfort guarantee, and instead of sending me a replacement, they charged me $79 to pay the difference. That's a pretty disappointing exchange policy for $200+ boots that came defective. I'd love for Timberland to rectify this.
Boots are unreasonably heavy. Ankle area is a little harsh compared to other boots. I can live with that for the features they provide, however I'd love to see a similar boot at half the weight. Maybe chose a lighter material for the puncture plate or something.

I usually buy the same boots every year. This is my fourth pair. I am extremely disappointed in them I have worn them for three weeks trying to break them in. They are so uncomfortable I started wearing my old pair to work. I guess it's time to find a new boot.

These work boots are comfortable, however they DO NOT last. It's only been 2 months and the sole is almost gone.

Had the boots for 10 months. Sole stitching broke and the boot and sole came apart. Submitted a warranty claim, and quality control informed me this is normal wear and tear, but "We appreciate the level of expectation you have for our product." For an expensive boot, I expect them to at least live out their warranty

I bought a pair on recommendation and within 8 months the sole was wore to nothing. So I bought a second pair when I couldn't get them repaired and within 6 month the sole broke off the boot

I use to love this boot until my last 2 pairs would not hold water out within 2-3 months of use. I was disappointed because I loved these boots. They are in the heavier side but can take a beating. I work at a water district and couldn't keep my feet dry with an 1" of water

It looks like a high top but it isn't really. It's a little too wide, not high enough for good ankle support and not comfortable to be in on your feet all day. We would go back to our older preferred style but every single pair we get starts breaking at the seams around the heel every time within a month. The quality of your shoes has gone downhill tremendously and is so disappointing. We are 20+ year customers who will be going to another brand now.

After I had to give up on the Titans because they changed in 2019, I tried a pair of these. They immediately blistered my heels. I tried adding a pad to prevent the blistering, but that wouldn't stay in place and I got blistered a second time. Never again.

Bought these maybe 3 months ago not even. Noticed maybe after a month and half that the boots have been making my feet wet. I thought maybe because it's summer months and the humidity and hot weather were making them sweat. That's not the case water is soaking the inside of my boots and makes it very uncomfortable to work with. Second out of timberland pros I have been wearing and these wouldn't be a good choice for work boots for outside work. Would love to return them if I could.

I have been wearing Timberland Products for the last ten years. I purchased these boots and i immediately noticed that the boots were digging into the back of my left leg and causing a lot of pain and discomfort after wearing them 1 time. after taking a look at the boot i noticed that the back padding on the boot on the left boot had a significant less amount of padding so the leather was digging into the back part of my leg. The right boot fit just perfect. After talking to customer service and going through the warranty claim process it was not covered under a manufacturing/material defect.
I will no longer be purchasing timberland products due to the fact that they do not stand behind their products.

I've been working in a automotive factory for 40 years on greasy oil floors these shoes are the worse. I almost slipped and fell I have to walk real slow or I will slip and fall. I have always worn a 12W they run small could use a 12 1/2 but they don't come in that size.

I bought these boots for work because they were advertised as waterproof. Now I don't expect them to repel water if I'm 6 inches deep in a pit but its pretty lame when my foot is soaked after working on a cooling tower for less than an hour. Slip protection is pretty abysmal aswell. Definitely not buying a timberland product after wearing these leather sponges.

This is a great a boot unfortunately it's not true to size for me it fits half a size bigger. If it wasn't for that then great I wish I could exchange them!

I have had the boots for less than a month. My feet feel protected, except for the inside of the boot. On the inside of the left boot, the construction of the boot is starting to fail. It squeaks so loud that I can hear it over most of our equipment when I walk. I though it was the insoles, but now my foot rocks back toward that corner and pinches slightly.
I called customer service and was told because I can not take a picture of the problem that I would have to send the boots back to them. Really? Not much of and option because I can't work barefoot. Switching back to Wolverine. Very disappointed.
