Great fit and super cushioning. Perfect for my wide feet and issues with pain in the ball of my feet.

This is a great shoe if you have a narrow heel and wide forefoot. Was pleasantly surprised by the roomy toe box, made walking so much easier and toes did not tingle from being too close together or a raised sole under toe area. Also helped with lower back discomfort. Good grippy sole. Laces are a little short, the lace holes at the top are awkward.

Comfortable right out of the box. Worn all day on a hike and my bunion loves them. Thank you Topo for making these shoes!

I bought these to replace my Altra Olympus 5 -- the Altra Olympus 6 gave me blisters on the heel with the new design. These are a perfect replacement and I love them. I walk mostly on roads for around 20 miles per week.

This shoe fits me better than any other I've tried. I have a very narrow heel, low-volume feet (skinny), but I want plenty of room for my little toes. I also have high arches and I wear my orthotics in these shoes. This is my third pair. I love the dark purple color - very understated. I really do not like the common practice today of making part of the sole white from the side. White just draws the eye.

The toe box is quite wide, perfect for my needs. The material is well ventilated, superior to other shoes. The arc support is somewhat less than expected, and I seem to pronate a bit more.

This was my fourth pair of ultraventure (2 pairs of ultraventure 2 and one other pair of ultraventure 4). These felt narrow in the mid foot, so I’m returning them. Might be the shoe or maybe my feet have gotten wider…

Love this shoe for walking and everyday wear. Wish it came in more fashionable colors like taupe with light color sole and black with light color sole to blend with outfits.

Love this shoe, great fit, and perfect color. Had to return due to developing a Morton's Neuroma on my left foot. Hesitating to buy a new shoe at this time. Hoping the neuroma will go away soon.

These seemed to have a bit more forefoot room than Ultraventure 3, but not enough difference to change sizes.

Comfortable from the get go! great support and cushion

The toe box on these is super roomy--it borders on looking a little clown-like. I was worried that they may trip me up when I run, but they're supportive through the arch and have proven to be just what my feet need. Topo is a new brand for me and my always-crammed fourth and pinky toes are delighted that I found it.

Finally!! Shoes wide enough for my toes! I like everything about these shoes except the tiny tight lace guides that make it unreasonably hard to get the shoes off.

I am so so happy I happened onto Topos! These shoes are just what I need for shorter hikes and traveling. The wide toe bed (needed for my bunions) with normal heel width is unique and so appreciated. The cushioning and support is fabulous (I literally feel like I’m springing with each step). Also nice: the connecting grips the shoe laces go through that keep the shoe’s tongue centered rather than slipping to the side like with most shoes. This is a supportive, comfortable, well-designed shoe this is a most welcome addition to my walks. I’ve just ordered some waterproof shoes from the same company. I highly recommend!

So I love the wide toe box. I wear orthotics and this is my first lower heel drop shoe. I am getting extreme pain in the all of foot under my 2nd toe next to my pinky toe. I just do t think they have enough padding for people with feet issues

I like the shoe design and the color but even though I wear a 7.5 in other Topo shoes, the toe box was both wider and longer.

I have tried All the big brands and had so many issues with fit I stumbled by accident onto Topos. I decided to try. I love the shoe and color! My first pair of Topos. I plan to use them as athletic shoes, not hiking particularly. I’ve only walked around the house. The arch support is prominent which my feet will need to become accustomed to but I’m hopeful to improve my foot health. I’m excited to take these on a nice long walk!

Love Topo shoes but this women's dark purple shoe with dark teal sole is NOT an attractive color.

I LOVE these shoes. I am not a runner so I can't comment on that aspect. I bought them due to very sore toes, and what a relief they are with that perfect wide toe box. These shoes are so comfortable and well made, attractive, and fit great. Now I am even using the treadmill. I already want to run out and buy another pair.

It took me awhile to covert to the wide-toe-box trend but after trying these on it was hard not to feel like my toes were being squished in a regular shoe! These are so comfortable, the vibram soles hold up really well on the trails and I can still run on the road a bit in these without feeling like I need more cushion. Bonus, I feel like these Topos actually make a wider toe box look cute instead of like a clown shoe. I hope they never mess with this model because I think I’m sold for life on these!

I love them, I've always used NB, but the last model I bought (I always buy wide) felt narrow. The next model was the extra wide called EE, it felt like the wide ones from years ago. I was recommended the Altra brand, it's superior to everything.

The fit is true to size; however with every upgrade in the Topo shoes, it does change and fit differently from the previous version. The toe box seems bigger in this version. Also the material is somewhat reduced in quality as they attempt to utilize more and more recycled products in them…they tend to wear out a lot quicker which I am not pleased about.
