Great fit and width. I wish Hoka offered more colors in Bondi in extra wide.

Unfortunately the message mesh has changed in some of the Hoka sneakers and it's almost like they're stretching too much of the toe box in the same token through the insert and the insole it does not feel as cushioning as the older pairs did so that is rather disappointing and me on my feet all day at work I won't be able to tolerate these I've already tested on them in the house and it's not going to work I need to send them back thank you

These fit and were very comfortable. Hard to find wide shoes for me.

I have several Bondi 8’s that are medium width. I read the reviews before purchasing this shoe and bought the wide width. The wide width was a must for me! I don’t think I would have been able to put it on because it was so narrow compared to the Bondi 8’s. TBH I haven’t worn the shoe for an extended period so can’t speak to the overall comfort.

1st pair 8W, was too narrow even for wide width. 2nd pair 8 extra wide. Fit nicely but the right shoe squeaked with every step. Had to send both back. Very disappointed. Had 2 pair of Bondi 7 that were great. Search continues for a new shoe.

Why do they do this? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! And put back the heel loop to put them on. Not a fan anymore…

The fit is good, but the toe box seems much more narrow on the 9s compared to the 8s. Even buying a wide width, they are too narrow for my foot.

Love the fit and feel of the Bondi 9. I’ve been experiencing ball of foot pain and can walk miles in these with little to no discomfort. The style is average. Nice but nothing special!

I originally bought the same shoes in the wide width from Hoka. I have always worn wides in Hoka Bondi. These new Bondi 9s are not as wide as previous models, and I had to return those to Hoka. I am glad that they are making the extra wide width now, because I would have had to go with a different brand if they didn't. The extra wides are the same as the former wides.

too narrow in toe box

I love the look.I don't care for the feeling wearing them they are heavy,bulkey and hurt my legs.The other hokas I wear are light and feel great.

I did not like the fit of the Bondi 9. I prefer the way the Bondi 8 feels so I am returning my 9.

great shoe with lots of cushion. I did add some inserts as I have plantar fasciitis, but these are my favorite overall shoe. I removed the Hoka insert and added a Walkomfy insert I bought on Amazon. I was having terrible pain, and with wearing these full time, my pain has subsided. Not completely gone, but much much better. I also very carefully measured my foot to make sure that I got the right size. My feet are wide and I didn't realize how important it was to get the wide shoe - huge difference. Will definitely be buying more of this style Hoka shoe.

Hoka Bondi has been my ride or die, for many years, through many versions and many foot problems and surgeries. Bondi 9 is no exception. Miss the pull tab at the heel but like the sleeker design than the 8 was.

Needed good support for stability and arthritic feet. Wonderful!

These shoes were true to size. At first they seemed very comfortable. As time wore on, however, the shoe felt heavy and there was not as much vertical room in the toe box as I would have liked. I might have added them to my shoe line up, but at $170, they needed to be a perfect shoe. For me, they were not.

Feels great right out of the box. Definitely more cushy feeling than the 8's. Ordering another pair in a different color now.
