Love these. I have a wide foot, especially at the front. I ordered 10 pairs of pumps and choose these. So comfortable! They are sturdy, have great support, wider in the toe box than most. Just the right amount of padding in the shoe. Good quality leather that did not need too much breaking in. I wore them all day and could not believe how well they fit. Plus how comfortable.

This is a beauty. Just too tight in toes even going up half size. If this fits you, buy it. It’s definitely a winner.

I need a AAAA heel, these are lovely shoe but slip off my heel with each step.

Wow, these are beautiful and a steal at this price. I find the toe box way too small for me, even after trying a half-size larger. Darn. Going to have to return.

The leather feels great, and the heel isn't too high! This is the first pair of heels I've bought in a while, and although I have a narrow foot, I am rarely able to find shoes that offer that specialized width. I usually wear natural footwear like LEMS (flat, wide toe box, flexible, light) or work shoes since I am a chef, so having a high quality special occasion shoe that would break in well was important to me. This is my first purchase from this brand and I couldn't be happier.

right foot shoe was too narrow, left foot heel too loose, I love the shoes I just cannot wear them.

I am between a 7.5 and a 7, depending on the style. I ordered the 7.5, which was a tad too large. I then ordered a size 7, which I am keeping. These shoes are very comfortable and perfect for the outfit I will be wearing them with.

This as an awesome shoe for dress, unfortunately I am returning because the color clashes with the outfit I needed shoes for. I love Zappos.

This is very comfy pump and quite stylish. I was surprised that I could wear it all night at a wedding and not have any complaints about comfort. It fits a narrow foot very well (I wear a 10 N). There is a lot of padding in the sole. The hell is chunky, which offers a lot of support and does not "torque" your knees like a thin heel, such as a kitten heel. I wore these with Frank Lyman wide leg pants, and they were great with their pointy toe. I am mid 60's, have foot issues (including a dropped metataral joint due to a foot injury) especially with heels. Thais Kari shoe gave me the opportunity to be stylish, wear a shoe with a heel, and wear something other an a flat on a very special night. Thank you, Zappos, for getting these to me within 24 hours. All of my shoes come from Zappos!

I liked these for the comfort and wide heel for walking from the train to work. My kids said they were grandma shoes and vetoed them in favor of a more classic looking Rockport heel. Very comfortable and sort of retro looking.

Hi there! After reading the reviews, I ordered 1/2 size down and then went for the wide because my feet are pretty short and wide in the toes. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable right out of the box. I'm very happy with the purchase and they match the dress I previously purchased for Christmas exactly. These need no break-in period. Looking forward to wearing them in a week or so. No regrets about my purchase whatsoever.

this is a classy looking shoe! I have been searching for new black pumps that are comfortable. I no longer will tolerate uncomfortable shoes, easier to smile with some comfort! These fit the bill, I had to order a 1/2 size smaller than normal.

The shoes were too big. Otherwise, they were beautiful.

The heel was too big. The front of my foot is medium width but my heel is very narrow. I tried adding a pad in the front but it still slipped on my heel when I took a step.

These mostly fit well, but the heel is a little big. However, I'm not walking out of them and there is minimal slippage.
