Nice lookiing shoe but heal too wide for my 9.5 N foot.

It is very strange that only one zipper on the inside of each boot, actually is functional. The other, on the outside is decorative only. I had purchased the boot because it had the two zippers for ease of putting them on. I was able to get my foot into the boot, and the width was good. I had trouble getting the zipper up all the way as the boot was too tight for my ankle. When purchasing WW width shoes are the ankles also wider, or just the footbed? I ended up returning the boots.

The boot was too wide.

Fit and size are fine, although they aren’t as cute as they look in photos. The upper materials are of nice quality but the soles feel cheap/flimsy. I also don’t like that the outside zipper on the boots are non-functional. Why bother building the shoe with a real zipper that doesn’t actually work? Will be returning.

Toe area too narrow

I take a size 10 medium in 99.9 % of the shoes on the market. I Weigh 132 lbs and wear a size 10 to give you some idea how much pressure I put on my shoes. My feet are not wide. This shoe is a narrow. The toe box is so narrow, I am hoping they stretch out and can be wearable since I threw the box away. Never bought a shoe with such a narrow toe box and I have lots of shoes. would not buy this brand again. Almost seems like a design error.

Ii put these next to my shoes that were a wide, not extra wide and the boots looked like they were narrow. I LOVED the boots, the quality felt great, they just ran narrow.

These shoes look great. Sleek and sophisticated. the toe box is big enough to accomodate all my foot issues. The problem was in the heel. It was just too loose. My foot kept moving up and down. So I sent them back.

I bought this shoe in an 8M and an 8AA, but neither one fits - I love the style and they are a nice quality, but the AA is too tight at the toes and the medium is too wide at the heel. Thanks again, Zappos but I still need boots.

Really really cute boots, but even in a narrow width, they were too wide in the heel. My heel slipped and I could easily put them on and off without using zipper.

I could not get my right boot hopped up. It needs some kind of elastic gore to give flexibility to fit. The entire boot is at least a full size smaller than marked. They are, however, be a dutifully styled and seem to be well crafted.

Boots too large and zippers keep unzipping when I'm walking

Nice looking but were small. I was going to exchange for a 1/2 size larger but I found a different bootie that was more comfortable, so just returned these.

I was so excited when the boot arrived. The color & style were great. However, the minute I tried them on there was no doubt that they were too wide and my heel slipped badly. Does anyone make a true narrow shoe anymore? Most of the companies have changed the shoe width and narrow isn't narrow anymore.

I love this boot, but I've had problems with the zipper. I bought a pair and within a few weeks the zipper on the left boot got stuck in the up position. The boot was replaced for free, but a year later the zipper on the new left boot broke in the up position as well. The zipper design needs to be fixed.

Really cute but soooo narrow. Even though I got extra wide witch my toes were so pinched I couldn't put them on.

I have a wide foot and ordered a 9.5 EE and I could tell as soon as I took them out and looked at them they were going to be to narrow. Way to tight to bad because I really like them. You asked me to rate comfort but I wouldn't know because I couldn't wear them.

Dark taupe is a super weird color. I have narrow feet and took a chance on the medium - too wide, heels slip as I walk. Probably would have sent them back because of the ugly weird taupe color anyway

Nice appearance, but not well designed. The extra wide boot had a base sole of narrow to regular width. This has become a problem with other manufactures as well. I need an extra wide base on an extra wide shoe for comfort and safety.

I usually wear 8.5 but ordered a 9. Too small, maybe even by a full size.

I had to size up 1.5 sizes to get a decent fit, but then the fabric was very loose on the EE, which I need for my AFOs.

Nice looking shoe. Had to return because the tops rubbed my ankle bones.
