A lifting shoe that does everything, very good stability, excellent grip to the ground, and very good resistance in the heel

This squat shoe is truly amazing. It feels like air yet provide a solid footing. Wide and comfortable on my toes, snug yet feels like a perfect hug fit. I bought those to retire my 8 year old Nike squat shoes. Buy only regret why havent I made the switch earlier! Lol truly amazing all around. Feel, fit, looks and comfort. Thank you TYR!

These feel great! More like a trainer but still good support

This is the first weight lifting shoe Ive ever bought and what I really value is the wider tow box. I tried them out for the first time and it immediately improved my positioning on my squat. The shoes feel great and look great so I am looking forward to the journey ahead!

Great shoe

The lifters provide stellar cushioning and support. The wider toe box feels more comfortable and adds incredible stability relative to my Romaleos.

Absolutely love the L-1 in terms of comfort, performance and appearance. Most comfortable lifters Ive ever owned. I now have three pairs and I rotate them for my four day a week Olympic weightlifting training. The only problem I have found is that the sole peels away near the heels after some use. Unfortunately this has happened to all three pairs. One pair took 7-8 months for this to happen, and in my later pairs, it happened within 1-2 months. TYR has replaced one pair so far but this shouldnt be happening so early as the rest of the shoe is holding up very well. Hopefully TYR address this in later production runs or in the next version of the shoes because they are great in every other way.

I was mulling over buying lifters for a while and finally decided to try Tyr after hearing about the wide toebox and seeing tons of publicity about the company. I have decently wide feet and have also had an issue with workout shoes. The Tyrs fit perfectly out of the box and took all of 2 minutes to break in. Fit is true to size (I wear 9.5 in most street and running shoes and bought a 9.5), they're very stable and supportive, and the soles are perfectly grippy.

Once I finally got my hands on a pair I was incredibly pleased with them. Wide toe box is the main reason I bought these lifters and it did not disappoint. If you wear a size 12 good hunting !

Great fit for wide feet

I recently purchased these lifters for my daughter, at Hampton Morris' suggestion. She loves them! She said that they are way more comfortable than her prior lifters and she feels that she is more stable in her lifts. She is looking forward to adding to her collection with more lifters in the future.

Best lifting shoes I've ever worn!

Absolutely love these lifters! They did feel a bit tight as first in toes as I have wide feet but after wearing 2-3x they seemed to stretch perfectly!

These shoes are amazing! The perfect amount of forward incline with a custom feel. This product feels like it was made for my feet. Great high-end product! Will recommend to anyone looking for the highest PR possible when squatting. Stability / control increased my squat numbers the first time I used them. Love these!

I am ready to buy a second pair. I have worn Do-Wins and Romaleos and was not to keen on how it made my foot feel after Olly lifts and wods with Olly lifts. After a couple sessions in the TYR L-1 I will never go back. The toe boxes are a dream and the drop is just right. I can finally splay my toes without having to go .5-1 size up compared to the standard olly lifters. These shoes are now my go to and the colors/patterns are right to express how my lifts are going to be for the day! Thank you TYR and Squat University on creating an Olly Shoe that really works for the people!

Got these for the husband for Christmas. They were perfect! They fit great.

Great show can be uncomfortable around the ankle at times if tied to tight or the tounge is positioned incorrectly
