Very comfortable right out of the box. I am a rearfoot striker, and these shoes forced me to strike with the midfoot when running (which I believe made me run faster). Lots of cushioning without feeling wonky or unstable. I came from Hokas and Altras and prefer these over either of the others for running.

Excellent running shoes. very well made, stylish, great cushioning. Regrettably I had to return them because they were too narrow for me. I tried the regular width and my pinky toe went nu b after 20 minutes running. But I always buy wide width, so I was just giving it a try to see if perhaps these would work for me. Too bad these don't come in wide widths because it is an excellent shoe.

Very good shoe in terms of support, cushioning, and looks, it a really pretty and well made shoe. However, I had to return it because it only comes in regular width and it turn out too narrow for me. After 20 minutes running my pinky toe goes numb. Too bad. Hopefully Brooks will offer wider options.

Super comfortable, responsive rocker base with tons of cushion. Feels like jogging on pillows, but with moderate stability. IMO, this shoe is the best of everything. Super lightweight as well! Fit is true to size, and the inner stretch liner around the tongue makes for a nice “hug” feeling around the top of your foot. If you like ASICS Novablast or Hokas and you have normal width feet, you’ll love these!

I absolutely love this shoe! My only complaint is it doesn't come in black in women's! I hope they make one!!! It is my go-to. I love the back where your heel goes in because it does not get bunched up and foot slides in easily. They're super comfortable and great response when running or walking. I have the Brooks Glycerin 20 and they are old and worn and the back where the heel goes in is all bunched up on all of my Glycerin 20's. I'd like to get another Hyperion Max 2 but.....the color thing.... hope they come out with a black one like the men's!

I love these shoes for speed work! They are light and responsive. Very comfortable, my only complaint is the laces can untie fairly easily. Overall very happy with these shoes!

Im on my second pair of Hyperion running shoes, and I love them! They're responsive and can easily take 400 miles. I run 20-30 miles a week and am taking them out for their first half marathon soon. Theyve been great for all types of training runs.

Upgraded my Hyperion Max to the 2.0 version for marathon training. Love the updated cushion and they feel a little roomier in the toe box. Minimal adjustment from the old to new version. Looking forward to getting the Elite for race day!

Wore them once so far on a walk. They make me feel more energetic because of the bounce. I really love them. I have high arches and a very bad back and i need a cery specific shoe. Brooks are great shoes. I wear a size 8 in my everyday shoes, but for running shoes I always go a whole size up. These are perfect.

The shoe tongue that was adopted is way better and the padding is excellent. I do not have to wear my currex insoles in these.

The best walking/running shoe I've ever purchased! Wow! They're so lightweight that I wasn't sure they were actually inside the box. I plan to continue purchasing this style from now on. I'll wear the max for running/walking days and the reg Hyperions for my weight training days. I just saw the newest version has been released. I feel like those would also be great to try! I do normally wear a size 7 in other Brooks shoes, but I sized down to a 6.5 in the Hyperion style.

Love the shoe. No foot issues. Like the style, fit and function of the shoe. I'll confess, my running days are just about over, this shoe is functional for HIIT, walking, weight lifting, airdyne cycling, etc. It seems to hold up well. Would love to see more color options. I now have three pair.

These shoes are a phenomenal balance between speed and propulsion and everyday comfort and wearability. I've bought 4 pairs because I never want to run without them.

I thought I was buying running shoes prior to purchasing these - the other brand shoes I was wearing are not even close to this comfy bouncy feel. 5am runs just got so much easier thanks to these! Every little detail is thought off with runners in mind but somehow it still manages to keep very nice appearance as well. First pair of Brooks for me but definitely just first of many future ones!

I have finally found my new favorite running shoes! I ran in New Balance Beacons for years, but can't get them anymore. I also had foot surgery and need a shoe with a stuff forefoot. I've tried many of the high cushion shoes such as glycerins, ASICS nimbus and several Hoka shoes and they all fell slow and squishy. After much research, tried the Hyperion Max and I love them. I use them for daily runs are they are stiff and protective, but don't feel sluggish.

A little heavier than the Hyperion 2 but not really a noticeable difference. Loved the Hyperion so much I wanted to get the max for the extra cushioning and am extremely happy I did :) I usually don't like blue but the color way with the coral pink looks lovely! Brooks does not disappoint.

I love these shoes, I'm on my second pair and anxiously awaiting the new version. Please make the next version in more colors! Runners love fun colored shoes. This version missed the mark a bit. I have 2 pairs of blue due to the sad selection. Runners are out in rain, sleet, snow and mud, light colored shoes will never cut it.
