These shoes fit very comfortably. They contour to my feet in an attractive way. Other shoes make me feel heavy. These shoes feel like I'm walking on air. I have less back pain wearing these shoes while walking. They're very lightweight. They're breathable with the mesh fabric. I love the cool design and interesting colors. I think I can say these are the most comfortable shoes I've owned. I walked to a couple parks in my town and I love the support they give. I would definitely recommend to my family, friends and anyone else considering buying them. I have bunions and my feet felt safe in these shoes. I would definitely buy these shoes.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried. My feet felt so good and it was as if I was walking on pillows.

I absolutely swear by these shoes. They are so comfortable and light weight. I am 69 and I can walk In these all day. I have worn many different tennis shoes trying out to see which ones are the best but these are by far the best. Your feet feel supported but yet it's like you're walking on clouds. Great for standing all day.

Super comfortable running shoes! Great cloud-like support, lightweight, and have good tilt for running. Good size toe-box. They remind me of the support of Hokas. Highly recommend for runners or working out!

I use the Flow for Tempo and Easy road runs. If has great support and the right amount of cushioning. The 4mm adds more diversity to my shoe rotation and I love the rocker shape!

I have been using this a few times and love it. It is lightweight, and the cushion supports my long run well. The cushion is just right, not too high, not too low. This generally feels true to size, and there's space in the toe box.

This shoe has the most comfortable fit with a beautiful color schema. I love this new take on the Fwd Experience.

I love these shoes because it gives you just enough cushion for support and cradles the heel to keep you grounded. The only thing I would say is if you have a wide foot the toe box runs a little narrower than usually so just go up a half size and these shoes will be perfect. For reference I am usually a size 8 but went up to 8.5 and it's fits great.

This is another really great 4mm drop shoe. Super soft, still bouncy, the rocker makes you want to go. It fits true to size, lots of room for the toes! and a really comfy upper with a heel that locks in place.

I use the Sneakers for long walks. I do have a bunion and my previous ultras were just perfect for walking 10 miles a day in Paris. My previous model was the provision seven these are a little bit narrower in the toolbox so I wouldn't get these again also the blue is just a brilliant stand out blue I wasn't prepared for that either, but I'll keep them for a shorter walks All in all. I still love the brand.

I love the look of these and overa performance for shorter runs (tested at 8.5 miles and a few shorter miles) and cross training. My only issue is that I feel my feet get hot in them.

I sized up 1/2 size based on reviews and glad I did. Wish they were available in a wide. Just a little narrow. Usually prefer neutral shoe, but appreciate the cushion and minimal drop. Able to be pretty efficient running in these.

Great Shoes! Cute color - but main thing I love is the WIDER TOE BOX AND SUPPORTIVE SOLE! It took a little to get used to the shoe but I appreciate it now! I wish the shoe would breathe a little better - trying different socks to see what is best.

I like the look of them and the wide toe box but I'm not sure I could wear these for running. Not enough support or cushion for me.

I'm a die-hard Escalante Racer fan (blue ones please) and would be so happy with their return but I'm willing to give The Altra Experience Flow a shot. It is a lightweight, breathable running shoe that will spice up your running routine for sure. This model steps up to a 4mm drop, which might take some adjusting for long-time zero-drop wearers. The first thing I noticed about the Experience Flow was the slightly snug fit compared to the usual Altra feel. I've been used to their roomy toe box and relaxed fit, but these definitely feel a bit tighter. This wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but if you're used to that more spacious feel, and ground connection be aware these might take some getting used to, especially on the little toe. The shoe touches my outer ankle in a way that's slightly annoying and the little knobby thing inside rubs a little but once you are moving you forget about it. If you're switching from a zero-drop shoe, the 4mm drop might cause some initial calf pain. It took a few runs to get used to and it's something to keep in mind if you're transitioning between drops, as your calves might need time to adjust. Performance: The shoe is super lightweight and feels incredibly breathable, which makes it perfect for warmer runs. It feels like a "jumbo" shoe in terms of cushion, but it doesn't have the bulky look you'd expect from such a high stack. In fact, the design is surprisingly stealthy, looking sleek despite the significant cushion. The build feels durable, and I hope it'll hold up over time. The Experience Flow is ideal for runners looking for a lighter, breathable shoe with a little extra cushion but still want to maintain that Altra foot feel. If you're transitioning from a zero-drop shoe, just be mindful of the calf adjustments you might need to make. It's great for shorter to mid-distance runs but might take some getting used to if you're accustomed to the full, flat footbed of previous Altra models. Would I Recommend It? Yes, but with a few caveats. If you love Altra shoes but need a lighter option, or you're looking for something with a bit more cushion without the heavy feeling, this is definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared for the fit adjustments and calf soreness if you're coming from a zero-drop shoe.

I love these running shoes! I had to stop wearing Altras for a while because of Achilles issues, but now I can wear them due to the 4mm drop. However, they wore out at 300 miles, which was a bummer.

I'm pretty happy with the shoes, I love the wide toe box, and most of the time my feet are relatively comfortable. They do seem to be wearing out rather quickly though, both at the point where my big toe hits the top and the soles of the shoes. I try to walk 4-5 miles daily (weather permitting) at a pace of 14.5 mph.

I have been training for a full marathon in these and have ran numerous 5ks and PR'd my half marathon time with these shoes. I've got 320 miles on them and I had to retire before the marathon because the heel cushion has broken down so much that I was developing pain before finishing a run. These were a nice transition to a low drop from Brooks. I've purchased Altra Via Flow for the marathon because it has the same drop however, the comfort is still undecided. I'm experiencing significant foot pain and discomfort lasting days after my short runs.

I wear 6 for the mint color; however, for the blue color, I need to wear 7, and the blue also feels narrower. If you look at the 3D view of the shoes, the ankle cushion for the green is thinner than for the blue one.
