These boots are great! They fit well and are very warm. While they don't provide arch support, the sole comes out so you can use an insert with them.

These boots are comfortable enough and cute. They're not great for arch support but they'll keep my feet toasty in the negatives, so they're doing exactly what they need to.

Needed a small insole to reach arches for full support but otherwise very comfy and are cute!

The Minx IV in the same size fit better...it felt a quarter inch shorter than the ice maiden. I think, though both had rounded toes, the Minx was slightly narrower there. I usually wear 10.5 or 11 / 42. I have custom orthotics which fit ok in the Med width. I did not have to remove the insole to install them, which is often necessary because of arch built into the insole.

Although I didn’t keep these, opted for shorter leg height, they were very comfortable and I liked the color. If I lived in colder climate year round I might have kept both pairs I ordered!

Loved the boots, just could not squeeze imy big feet into the largest womens size :(

Warm & comfy.

This boot is very nice and comfortable, but overall too short for my need.

I have very narrow feet but sometimes medium width in boots is okay. These were too loose.

I wrote a review on these when I had worn them only twice. I said that they were not comfortable, but with Dr. Scholl's they became comfortable and just needed to break in. I wore them a few more times and I am now returning them. They will not break in and stop giving me blisters on my heels.

The tongue of the boot is stiff and will not lay flat. This makes them very uncomfortable
