The toe box in the Wide EE was changed, seemingly made narrower/shorter/less tall, from all previous versions of the Cascadia. I am unsure if I need to go up half a size or not. I have had multiple sets of other versions of the Cascadia and Adrenaline shoes and have never had problems. After breaking in my Cascadia 18 on short runs, I got blood blisters under both big toe nails after a long run. I have never had this problem in Brooks shoes before. It's extremely disappointing to have a proven design changed for the worse and to lose both of your big toenails because of it.
